I'm having a problem

It’s been about 1 and half month since I began PEing. It’s about time I have no problem with EQ during jelqing. When I first started I always had 95% and above erection. Starting a week ago, My Eq during jelqing is less than 40% even when I watch POrn. What is wrong with me? Here is my routine.

Started 2/24/08
Routine: 5 mins hot water
5 mins Stretching
10 mins jelqing 5-6 seconds
HOt shower

Beginning 3/24/08
5 mins hot water
20 mins stretching
20- mins jelqing
Hot Shower.

Also, when I used to masturbate after PEing my erection was rock hard, but now my masturbation erection is very low. I hope I’m not permanently impotent.

Boondock- Maybe just for this week lighten up a little on your routine. How many off days are you giving yourself on a week to week basis? Maybe you’ll want to cut back to 7.5 minutes of jelqing this week and add Kegels to your sessions. I started PE in Jan. And have experienced this on two occasions so far. Also cut back on porn and wacking off a little. Maybe just one to three times a week.

OH I forgot to add that. It’s 2 days and 1 off.

Hmmm. So it’s been 2 days since I’ve begun resting to get my erection back. This morning I got HARD ON at 4AM!! Wtf? I felt like jacking off but I just beat it and slept. But Still my erection is not hard enough to do it again. How long should I wait? What is the sign when it comes back to normal sate?

At least a week. Further more, if your penis is overworked you should re think the intensity you use when PEing so it does not happen again.

I’m sure you don’t want to cause permanent damage to yourself, so be patient, and be careful!

Hey, I still have hard time adjust the strength of stretching. I stretch hard but not to the point that it hurts. I doesn’t hurt but it feels like I’m stretching hard. So does this mean I have to stretch less harder than before? How hard do you guys stretch? Detailed explanation would be appreciated.

So I’ve just finished reading the EQ and thought I really have to rest for a couple week and cut down my routine. Here is my question tho. Sparkyxx said, ” I believe if you can’t get rock hard erection when you are done exer. Then you’re over doing it” Is this true? Immediately after jelqing can you guys get it up hard? I couldn’t!

My erection, after a quality jelq, is pretty hard, in fact, if I get aroused during the day after jelqing, my EQ is still better then before. My penis looks and feels bigger too.

I think you are over doing it. How much is too much? I can’t tell you for sure, I have not seen what and how you do things, but I remember when I started, I would stretch hard enough to only feel my ligaments expand. No point of pain, just a sure pull on the ligs. As I got used to it I started stretching harder, with one hand acting like a grip on the base of my penis. Jelq wise, the only thing I care for is expansion. I have never felt any pain when I jelq. I squeeze until I know I am expanded, and then jelq towards the glans.

If something begins to even hint at pain, I tone it down. PE should not hurt! No thread I have read states that pain is a gain factor in PE. So I go with the natural gymnast idea. You know how when you first try to touch your toes with your fingers and you feel a sharp pain in your ligaments? But then the next day you try and you can stretch a bit more, and so on? Well that’s the idea with the newbie routine. At least that is how I interpreted it. After a while, your ligaments get use to the stretch and you can touch your toes. In PE terms, after a while you can stretch your ligaments and you can achieve a bigger BPFSL.

But do remember that the over ambitious kid who wanted to do a split in his first try couldn’t walk for days.

Wow then I’ve been doing this in the extremely wrong way. I jelq pretty hard. My ok grip is hard. Each stroke I feel little bit of dull pain on my DIckhead. I guess I should jelq much softer now. Damn it!

Jelq lite, use a lite grip!

You did not increase your warm up time to reflect the increase in stretching and jelqing.

You need to take a longer break perhaps to get that EQ back up.
