I cannot usually go a day without measuring. I’m going to try and go at least 1 week without measuring. I hope all goes well.

If you can manage a week, then go for the month. That’s when you’ll start seeing result, measuring everyday isn’t as fun as measuring in a month and notice you’ve gained a centimeter.

And also, I’d recommend you to get a wooden stick, a paint stirrer or something similair, and mark your BPEL on it, put it away for a month and then make a new month with a date next to it. Much more fun than just reading on a paper that you’ve gained.

Has been: 6.4 x 4.7 (16.3 x 12cm)

Is : 6,9 x 4.7 (17.7 x 12cm)

WILL BE : 7 x 4,8 (17,8 x 12.2cm)

I was like you when I started. Now I’m done with my first month, I’m not going to touch the ruler for anything till the end of next month.

Like is said above, keep the measuring to monthly, that way you’ll see more drastic changes. But make sure you keep an eye on your indicators.
