I'm disappointed. I need encouraging words

Hello Everyone!
Let’s make things short: my PE results sucks.
Today is 1st May, time to measure. I really felt my penis bigger in the last period, I was so excited and really wanted to measure and discover a huge gain, but…

0.2” BPEL and 0.1” EG in 4 months.

START 1st January: 6.3” BPEL, 4.8” EG
NOW: 6.5” BPEL, 4.9” EG

Delusion.

Not talking about the fact that these gains can come from errors in measuring or temporary gains that will disappear when I’ll stop PE.

I think I haven’t gained anything in this last month, but I’m not so sure, hell I can’t remember whether I straighten the penis while measuring it.
Do you straighten the upward curve when measuring while erect?

If I think at all the time I’ve spent till now: 5 days/week, I close my door and do the routine for 45 minutes… very sad. I’m not saying that I’m gonna quit, but I feel demotivated. Why are there some many guys with great initial gains?? Are you cheating??

I really need a couple of encouraging words… please help me :(

Anyway my routine for last month was:

5min warm up in hot water
30sec straight out stretch
4 x 60sec straight down stretches
15min jelqing, 5sec each stroke
5min hot water

I’m gonna add something for next month, don’t know what, maybe some lateral stretches?

Now: 7.7 BPEL x 5.7 (19,5 x 14,5 cm)

It looks like you aren’t doing enough. Double the times on your current workout. 30 minutes of jelqing, 10 minutes of stretches.

30mins of jelqing? To me that’s really a long time. How can one keep erection and focus for 30mins?

I’ve stuck with a short routine because I’d really like to get the newbie gains then build my momentum from that: you know, I’m afraid that if I start with a heavy routine then when my penis will be used to the exercises I won’t have any place to increase, or I’ll have to spend hours on it. Maybe I just need to acknowledge that my penis need a heavier routine, I don’t know.

I’ll add more minutes anyway.

Make sure that anything you do is FUN to do.
If something isn’t fun to do make it fun.
If you can’t make it fun maybe you should do something else.

This doesn’t apply just to P.E. though ;)

That is about what my gains were at 4 months.


Running a Massive Co-Front.

According to what you wrote, you only do a total of less than 5 minutes of stretching. I’d increase that to 15 minutes, in all directions, and throw in some V-stretches, inverted V-stretches, and JAI stretches. This will also keep the routine from getting boring because you’re changing things up, and maybe will shock the penis a little as well.

All good advice that was given so far, so I’m not even going to bother to give advice and rather encouragement and an idea that you should be grateful. You ONLY gained .2” and ONLY .1” in girth. Guess what? Thats more penis than you had 4 months ago. You are growing and I’d be happy just to see anything positive coming from it. Ive been here for quite some time and havent gained .2” or .1”. In fact I’m exactly the same. And thats over two years. Granted I haven’t been good with my routine until the past 5 months, but I’ve still been consistent recently and have nothing. So you sir, should be happy that you gained that so far and knowing you still have more to gain. Rejoice in your .2” and welcome in the future gains with open arms. For every .2” someone gains and is disappointed theres another PE’er out there who would kill to get the .2”

Enjoy your gains and go out and celebrate.

For me, in my opinion, I would do at least an hour on stretches. If your not a newbie of course. Jelqing ? I would do about 1-2 hours. :) Do the jelqs nice and slow :)

I noticed this hasn’t been mentioned yet, but after four months of newbie routine you might want to step it up to hanging or something. Then again, you don’t want to push it. I think everyone is right in saying to increase the intensity and length of workout. Good luck mate.

Really?? Ok, I think if your routine lasts 3 hours, you’re spending too much time on PE.. There DOES come a point when you have to be realistic.

Haha, If you’re getting bored with the routine. Do something you enjoy doing while you do your routine. I watch TV when stretch, take the time to do something you always wanted to do but never wanted to waste the time. Like watching the discovery channel or animal planet. Lengthen your penis and lengthen your knowledge that’s what I do! Did you know there’s a tree chopping machine that can cut down 1200 tree’s a day and cut them into 12’ sections? It chops it down and scrapes all the branches off in the matter of like 1 second. Hehehehe! Keep at it, I’m only a week into the newbie routine and I feel my penis is more healthy, try to add some kegels in there. Good luck!

Example: Monday Wednesday Friday
Warm wrap 10 minutes
Jai stretches 20 minutes.
Jelqing 20 minutes with slower strokes.
Warm wrap 10 minutes.
