A few months back I decided to take a break from PE to focus on playing ultimate frisbee and getting in better overall shape, not really sure if I was ever gonna come back to this. However, recently (last week), I’ve had some spare time on my hands and decided to get back into PE. So here I am again and in the best shape of my life. I decided to jump back in with the routine that I had been doing before my break (found here ->/pedata/edit_routine.php). I was pleasantly surprised to find that I was getting better expansion with the horse440s than I remembered getting before my break. I assume this is most likely due to improved blood flow because I am in better overall shape.
Anyway, it’s good to be back.
