I'm back
been quite awhile since i have been on here last. i just today started thinking about doing PE exercises again. it worked for me in the past and was happy but now have the urge to go a little further. my girlfriend is almost begging me not to do it since she can barely handle me as is but i want to do it because i would like just a little more. I’m currently about 6.25 in length and 4.25 in girth. looking to get to 7 and 5. like i told her, i don’t want to make a monster that will never fit lol. my routine is as follows but feel free to correct me on something if you think it is too much to start with or can point me in a different direction.
30 second holds
behind the cheeks left, center, right
down left, center, right, 25 circles
straight out left, center, right, 25 circles
up left, center, right, 25 circles
100 jelqs
100 kegels
and than i hold kegels whenever i think about it throughout the day, also not letting it turtle
as i said i just started and now have to take a few days off because after jelqing, i got a blood blister on my shaft, forgot to go lightly. one think i forgot and had to learn the hard way.
i noticed little red dots also. if i remember correctly, them are normal but let me know
with this routine i should be able to hit my goals pretty easily if not surpass them without even noticing. thanks everyone, you have been of great help in the past and am sure you will be again.
p.s. if i remove the jelqs and focus on the stretches, should i still be able to achieve my goals? if i remember too that if your looking for length gains, its better to focus on them first instead of both length and girth, i know they generally go hand in hand.
sorry for all the questions in one post but i generally don’t have that much time to be on the computer with my work schedule so search around on here again to find all my answers. just looking for a quick crash coarse to jog my memory about all this. i remembered to use correct English too
