I'm Back

After a really hectic time in my life.. The last few monthes.. I am back and more committed to PE than ever.

I just began my sessions again and I feel great, I’ll measure soon and hopefully I didn’t lose too much size. I’d say I probably took off about a month or two, not really sure.

My current routine

15 min warmup

Manual Stretches (45 seconds each with 15 seconds rest between) About 15 minutes

Forward, left, right, down, up, through the legs.. That routine X2, with then a stretch over my wrist.

200 Jelqs



I’ll be gradually increasing jelqs as I get back into it.

My goal is more so length than girth, though I want the head of my penis to be much bigger..

Any tips or comments on my routine? Things perhaps I should add?

Good to hear your back. PE is a life style so congrats on future gains to come. As long as you pull hard, learn PE, and pray (hehe) ; you will gain :)

Thanks man.. What do you think of my routine?

I’m going to try 2 days on and one day off.. See how that feels. I noticed the most gains when I started taking more time in between sessions.


Start: BPEL 7 3/8" EG Base 5 5/8" NBPEL 6.5" (apx)

Your routine seems solid. To tell you the truth I do not have a solid routine. I just do what ever I want + lots of edging. In the shower all do lots of manual stretching in every angle I can think of, with twists and pulls. Some days I baby oil and do jelqs for 15 minutes with manual squeezing.

Every penis is different so make sure you watch your PI’s and make sure every morning you have ROCK solid wood. I was doing PE twice to 3 times a week and I still got gains. Sometimes more is not always better.

The squeezing is like a clamp with your hand right? How long do you do it for?

I think edging is where you take yourself to where you’re going to come and stop.

Squeezing I just started so I do 30 seconds 3-5 times per session with a combination of jelqs and bends.

And yes I changed masturbation to edging like you described. Once you replace masturbating with edging you shall find your staying power incredible.

Your mind is set to cum easily to masturbation within 5 mins so you have to change that mindset is my theory.

So do you just make a tight jelq grip and hold it for 30 seconds?
