Hey to everyone! My first post, GET IN! Just thought I had better announce myself on Thunder’s just to get to know everyone and post up my measurements.

I’ve been looking over these forum’s for about 6 months and tried PE every now and again (mostly some jelqs), but have decided to nail down a proper routine. Not because I’m embarrassed about my size or anything. Most girls I’ve slept with compliment me on my size, but I’m about average to be honest. Nothing like some of you super dicks on here! I think it’s just a fetish of mine, stuffing a massive cock into some birds hole. So I’m quite looking forward to getting some gains :D

Just need to keep up the motivation to do it!

Just a quick question, is there any sure fire way to cement gains once you’ve achieved them?

Good starting size. About cementing.. first things first - gain first. Start slow and read more than you post. I’m fine with cms, after all, it is in International System of Units (unlike inches!). Come to think of it, I don’t really know why we use inches (perhaps because the founding members are mostly Americans), I suspect majority prefers centimetres. :shrug:

*Blushes* thanks! I’ll just keep with inches as that’s the standard that everyone uses round here. Sorry for calling you a noob :P How long you been at it now, and what are your gains if you don’t mind my asking?

Yeah, standards are hard to break :) . No need to feel sorry, I was somewhat joking, perhaps I should include the ;) .

These days someday will be right about a year of me being a member. I’m not the example of good gains. I’m too random in my “routine” I guess. In the first month (before I joined) I *think* I gained about 1 cm (0.4”) in NBPEL but then it slowed way down. It seems I gained another 0.5 cm up to today. I was 17-17.5 cm BPEL about half a year ago and lately I can measure 18 cm (7”) on a good day, even more if I use a tape to include my multiple curve and sitting down (instead of standing up) :) . Meaning, I suggest you always measure exactly the same. My girth seems to be more or less the same, again I *think* I see maybe 2 millimetres improvement in base.

I will enter new gains when I come to 18 cm (7”) BPEL easily, every day. You can enter your own measurements under Quick Links -> PE Statistics link (top right corner). It’s useful in many ways.

Welcome to the forum Brad:) . You cement gains just my continuing to work out after you notice a gain, you don’t own them yet until two weeks later you measure and they are still there.

Just remember consistency and determination are the most important things and also remember PE is a long time hobby try to think in years not days.

Put your starting stats in the stat page and you should take a measured picture so you have a before shot.

Good luck with following and staying with a proper routine. In the end, the motivation to do so will come from within, and I think that is how it should be. If you are satisfied enough with your size and your erectile fitness not to want to put time for PE, there is no reason you should.

I would rather have a super dick than to be a super dick. That said, you started me thinking about what is a ‘super dick’. The people I admire here are those who persevered through their PE, who implemented their PE in a reasonable way and avoided the excesses that lead to injury, who improved their EQ (erectile quality), and particularly those who started out average or smaller and gained from there. Nothing against the guy who starts at eight inches and gains a half an inch or an inch. If he wants that and he applies himself and gets it, more power to him. But I am probably happier for the guy who started out at four inches and gained a half an inch or an inch. He may never be considered a ‘super dick’ in the way that perhaps you mean it, but I think he is as much or more worthy of admiration and emulation.

Cementing gains is generally done by following a lighter-weight version of the routine that got you your gains. This would mean fewer repetitions, less frequency, or both.

And to the point of the title of your thread: we should all consider ourselves noobs, if by that you mean that no matter how long you’ve been doing this, there is always something more to learn, and always new points or approaches to consider.

What kind of routine do you use? After a year on PE you must have a fairly lengthly (if that’s the right word) routine.

Hey Konstantan, Bradmonk, welcome. I’m also brand new as of registration re-opening. I’m working a lighter version of the newbie, so if you want, in two weeks (when I plan to measure up/ heavy up the routine) I can pm you lads anything I notice, so you have an idea of what a lighter routine will do in the space of time and you do the same. (My stats are in my sig if you want comparison).

As I said, I’m not the best example. Perhaps you should do a search on big gain*, gainer*, length routine or something like that. I think it’s safe to say just follow a newbie routine and stick to it for a few months. I’m pretty sure you will gain. THEN you start looking for “best routine”.

Another good idea is to start a progress thread in the appropriate forum (not sure if noobs can do that). From the casual look it seems most disciplined guys who report in their threads get pretty good gains. One of the reasons is because they have others who gained to tell them what they’re doing good and what’s not such a good idea. And psychologically it gives you an “obligation” to others who helped you to report something good back, whether it’s better EQ, EG or EL. Or better attitude. Anyway. You’ve got some thousands of post to read if you want to.

Yea, I like his attitude as well. Bradmonk, you are on your way yo a larger penis very soon. Just stay consistant. But also make sure you avoid injury (i.e, do not try advanced forms of PE yet!). Also, i’m not a big fan of the newbie routine. I’d rather you experiment saftly. What might work for others might not click for you - “fick-a-dill-me.” :) .

I just happen to know a couple of the moderators around here will have a freak fit when they read your post.
