Boon, kingpole gave you the answer. I just want to insert a little comment. If you place your palm over the dorsal side (where the vein is), the “ring” will be touching your pubis and you will be able to easily press into the pubic are for grabbing your penis’ body as much as possible. But if you choose the other way, with your palm on the ventral (urethra) side, your “ring” will be far away from the pubic area, unless you place your palm under your balls, then the “ring” will be touching your pubis.

Hey guys, Finally I started. It was my first day today. We’ll see what kind of result I get. My question is when I finished stretching and began jelqing, I couldn’t get erection at all. After five mins of jelqing I finally got about 50% erection. Does this happen to you guys or do you have to get erection after the stretching?

50% is fine, as your dick becomes accustomed to it you will likely get up to 50% on the first jelq after stretching.

I am a newbie, only been doing newbie routine for ten weeks and I have similar problems maintaining a 60% erection. The porn watching is a good idea I use it and if I get too erect I look away and think of steam trains! Just experiment and you will find what works for you.

Because I’m only a newbie I don’t feel qualified to give advice yet, but if you imagine the pressure it takes to squeeze toothpaste from the tube, it’s something like that.
