I'm about to start
I’m just starting on PE.. I’ve read about a lot of things for a couple of weeks and now I’m completely conviced about doing PE
As I said, I’ve read a lot.several post about routines, manual exercises, etc. But I’m still not sure about what routine should I begin with.. Yes, yes, I know, it’s all about your body.. But can anyone give me a bit more specific guideline for start? I know about stretching, kegs, jelqs and weighting..
