When I started this PE program a little over a week ago I was sceptical. For the reason of being embarrassed I did not post my picture or size before beginning PE. And did not tell my wife I was about to begin a PE program.
After just 9 days I have noticed a huge difference in my size both flacid and erect.
This morning after I stepped out of the shower my wife took notice of my progress as well.
I am no longer sceptical but anxious to see what results I will see in 1 months time.
My pre-PE size was 3 1/2” flacid and 5 1/4” erect.. Now it is 4” flacid and 5 1/2” erect!

My exercise consist of hanging for 10 mins on 10 mins off for 1 hour then 15 to 20 minutes of jelg. Mixed with keegle.

I’d do the newbie routine first. I’m still a newbie myself, but from everything I’ve read I’d say hanging is probably pretty dangerous right off the bat.

And from experience I can honestly say that my erections are not so strong if I over do it.

I started with very light weight. 2 1/2 lbs

I agree, simpl31 is starting the advanced exercising way too early. he needs to go through conditioning first. He is risking injury. I have read this before about guys starting the advances exercises to quickly that they experience quick small gains and then it stops. It stops for a long time or injury.

simpl31, did you read the Forum Guidelines? If not, go back and read it carefully and afterwards, if you still continue to do the advanced exercises, don’t even thread it or post it since you will get a lot of flack from some of the vets around here. Starting the way you are is just foolish, but it’s your dick, not mine. Be carefull.

Tnt, this is something I have been studying for years. I am taking all precautions and I did read the guidlines.

I appreciate the concern and advice.

I have tried several different PE exercises in the past and the one thing I have not tried until I found this website is hanging. That seems to be the break through for me. Believe me when I say I am very cautious.

Most of the information and advice from these forums have been very usefull and I hope I can contribute in the future.

Glad to see your making gains simpl31, but try not to get ahead of yourself. I’m in the same boat as you as I just started in July, however I haven’t seen any length gains yet, but that’s okay. I know the gains will come eventually and I will keep working at it. It is tough to not want to try and do more though, especially when you hear about the gains some folks get. Anyway, good luck.

Thank you and good luck to you.some PE programs work and some don’t.. Seems to depend on each individuals PE routine. For a long time the routine I was using didnt work. I found this wesite and discovered hanging and I’m getting results. I can’t say it’s all from hanging alone because I just started cardiovascular exercises by running and bike ridding. After all the heart must be healthy to pump blood to the penis.

All I know is that my combonation of PE exercise is working but I’m not getting ahead of myself. I’m taking it slow.

I did the newbie routine on here for 6 weeks and it was good to get me broken in and ready for the things to come. I got a 0.25” gain in EG so that was a definite plus, and I’ll take it. But I’m more interested in trying to gain length first. Once I get to 7” BPEL I’m going to concentrate on girth more. I’ve been hanging for almost a month now, but not as consistent as I would like. I went on to hanging quicker than what most people would advocate here, but I’m taking it very slow. I plan on making hanging part of my routine for a long time to come. I think Dustpan mentioned in another thread how he just views it as another thing he does everyday, it’s become very routine for him. Anyway that’s how I view hanging eventually becoming part of my lifestyle.

I agree that it is a good idea to do the newbie routine first simply to condition your unit if for no other reason.

On hanging:

Most to all of my gains came from hanging and I thing that depending on the mindset, personality, and life style of the guy involved it is either the best or the worst way to do PE.

Do you:

  1. Have excellent self monitoring skills and good self discipline?
  2. Have the ability to place an injured limb in a safe position and simply leave it there on auto pilot?
  3. Have the time and privacy to easily make hanging part of your life?
  4. Better yet; in addition to #3 do you spend a lot of time on the computer in private?
