I'm 18 and new

I am new to this and I am 18. So far I have done two sets of the newbie exercises and not sure what to feel. Any routines you recommend for fast results?

Important Newbie Threads/Info The Newbie Routine is the fastest way to start. Even the newbie routine is often too much to start with.

If you try to rush things, all you will do is toughen up the tissues, making it harder to gain.
The secret to big gains is to do the minimum you possibly can while still getting gains. Some guys don’t get ‘newbie gains’, but many do, and they are the fastest gains you will ever get. They are fast because the tissues have not got used to the stresses you are putting on them, so they respond quickly. If you rush into doing too much, you get a good initial result, then gains can grind to a plateau. Stretch out the newbie gains for as long as you can by not rushing!

As a newbie myself, I would say take it slow a first. I stuck with the newbie routine for about two months before progressing to longer sessions. I’ve been jelqing for almost two months now and have had gains.

The Newbie Routine

5 minutes hot wrap
5 minutes manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 minutes of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 minutes hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each

Should I change anything? Today is day two by the way

It takes a while to get the hang of jelqing correctly. Imagine using the thumb and forefinger squeegeeing runny honey off a smooth stick (you can use your middle finger for support and slight pressure too). You want to feel a ‘wave’ of blood moving up the penis. I’d start with far less than 200, more likely 50-70, and build by 10 a day until you feel you feel you have reached what is right for your particular penis.

There basically aren’t any fast gains. You may get lucky and experience fast gains when starting out, but there aren’t specific exercises that result in fast gains. Otherwise you would see them at the top of all forums.
