I was wondering, after you achieve your goal, can you stop and not loose you gains, or do you have to keep exercising to keep it that way.

Most of the guys around these parts will suggest a maintenance program to maintain what you gained.

I agree and use a cementing routine to cement your gains.

Yep cementing routine then a very light maintenance program.


Current measure ment 8-2-06 EL- 5.5, EG- 5.25, BPEL-6 7/6, BPFSL-7.25

Short term goal EL- 6.0, EG-5.5

Long term goals EL- 7 to 7.5, EG- 5.5 to 6.0

What would a cemeting routine be? Half the volume of your normal or something?

Say you notice a .25 gain well you don’t really own it yet if you were to stop PE you would likely lose it. Personally I don’t consider a gain mine until a month past the day I first notice it.

And to answer to samedifference’s question yes you can lose gains some lose them fast some hardly seem to lose any. The best way not to lose them is with a maintenace program that will help you keep your gains and your penis healty. That program could be jelqing 2 to 3 times a week.
