Yes and no. Wasn’t that a big help?

If you gain a bunch in a short time and immediately stop you are much more likely to loose some of it, perhaps even all. If you gain over a loong haul not so much.

You will hear guys talk about cementing gains. Basically all it means is that you take into account the possibility of this and don’t go cold turkey on your PE. Once you reach your goal, or if you have just made some substantial gains, keep PEing for a few months. Tapering off in both intensity and time invested.

I would say, and it’s just a general idea, or theory, based on my own experience, that anything that has been where it has been, length or girth-wise, for a month or more, is yours to keep. You may find that isn’t true for you, but that has been my experience.

I’ve taken years off and never lost more than an 1/8 inch. Of course, I’m a hard gainer so there’s that.

Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

For whatever it’s worth, I took two months off of PE at the end of last year. By that point, I had gained 0.75” in BPEL and 0.5” in girth. I didn’t lose anything during my time off, so I’m inclined to believe that a few minutes of stretching and jelqing each week will be sufficient to maintain my final size after I eventually retire from PE.

I lost about 3/8” in length after my heart attack April 20th, but I think that has quite a but to do with E.Q. As much as physical loss due to not doing P.E.

You really do not lose size if you have increased dimensions through PE. Although, changes can manifest in a similar fashion as a body will deteriorate if health changes occur; if, for example, you body build and reduce your fat percentage, but than lapse into unhealthy activities. So, if your weight changes it will effect the appearance of your erection; this cannot be attributed to a losing gains, you have lapsed in other areas. Similarly, if your cardiovascular system deteriorates due to lack of exercise it will effect your erection, if you have gastrointestinal disturbances it will effect your erection, if you are depressed it will effect your erection. There are a myriad of situations that can effect the bloom of your erection and none of these happenings have anything to do with “a loss of size,” but more to do with aspects that will effect erectile circuitry.

Now, there are situations where if you are gaining length there will usually follow some small loss of girth; with each inch you gain in length you may lose an eighth of an inch in girth, and this is due to just natural physiological ramifications that the penis does not grow uniformly. So, you have to use some insight when you consider the question because people will improperly conclude a result. As you age it is natural for a lot of people to lose fitness and this will have an effect on the erection and most particularly, its size. When you enlarge there are changes that become permanent but you can subject these changes to deteriorating circumstances. So, you can enlarge your pipes (expand arterioles, veins, capillaries) which is permanent, but than you can lose efficiency by a degrading cardiovascular system. There are many interlinking systems and your erection will only be as robust as the weakest link in the chain. So, put that in your pipe and poke it.
