Hi all. Been with the program for a month or so and haven’t seen any changes except maybe a sensitive dick. I haven’t been having much sex lately and masturbating out as well. Libido has just been a bit down. I do however want to know if anyone knows if there is any truth to the not use it and loose it. Just seems that my small dick I had is getting small.

I’ve read in a thread about a guy that was doing PE, and his wife passed away, and since he didn’t like masturbating, he went without stimulation for a full three years (no sex, no masturbation and no PE) and apparently he lost a lot of length. When he started his PE again he was about half an inch shorter than the last time he started. So guess there is over very long terms. Don’t think there will be short term losses.

I’ve actually talked about this when I first started back up, I even said back then I think it’s a use it or lose it thing that happened to me. I took a long hiatus and during that time got injured and developed a pain killer addiction. When I came back I was 5.5 nbpl on a bad day, 6 on a good one, where years before I was closer to 6 3/4 nbpl now I’m back around 6 1/2 and some days better. My girth before I’m not sure of but when I came back it was way down, like back using a regular size condom. Now it ranges 5 1/4 up to 5 3/4 ish. So I do believe in the use it or lose it at least for me.

I think there’s truth to that. I was unable to have orgasms without blacking out. This lasted for close to ten years due to a neurological and cardiovascular issue. Over those years, I lost a solid inch on both my flaccid and erect stats. Once I felt better is when I found PE and got the inch back… and a bit more.

I personally experienced it. I started PE because I felt that my penis was getting weaker and maybe even smaller as at that time I masturbated very infrequently and did not have a partner. This went on for at least 6 months. Even the skin on my penis didn’t look very healthy, I started to develop few small bumps on my unit. I think it had do to with blood circulation.

I’m not encouraging frequent masturbation or sex but you should at least massage and edge your unit consistently to ensure healthy blood circulation in the penis. I think that is really important. You dont have to ejaculate frequently, but having regular erections frequently is important. It’s the exercise for your unit, basically.

Thanks. Well I’ve gained a fair amount, but I’m not stopping there. Going for 9 short term but I want to make mine huge. So I will probably never stop. I’m not saying that you should masturbate regularly or go looking for sex when your not getting it at home. Just to be clear. I don’t masturbate often, and don’t get sex often (even though I’m married, but that’s covered on another thread). But regular erections will stop losses. Good EQ and checking your PI’s is all that is needed. I never took a break longer than two months. So personally I never saw losses. Only gains. And even when I took decon breaks, I would still edge and sometimes masturbate, and sometimes get lucky with the wife. I always check my PI’s and EQ and when its slightly off, like currently, I would edge regularly to get it back up. But the rule is, don’t ejaculate. (Its possible to have an orgasm without ejaculating) Ejaculating leads to a short term of bad EQ. So only when I feel like I really need to ejaculate, would I masturbate.
