If you could start over

This is a question aimed at senior members with experience and gains.

My question is:If you could go back in time with the wisdom you have now,how would you go about PE-ing?What would you do,what would you avoid,in short what would your routines look like with a complete newbie penis?

I know the information was answered before,but it is scattered in different threads,and I think newbies could gain a lot of knowledge from senior members answering it in one place.Hope this thread is not to repetitive or breaks any forum rules.

I am not a senior member, but have been PE-ing for close to 2 years. During this time I have read a shitload on the subject- Thunders, bib forum, MOS etc- probably the equivalent of a Masters degree on PE.hahaha. If I could go back in time I would not do any girth work until I had reached my desired length goals-9 inches. I would buy a bib starter and PE weights straight away and get to work- 2 hours in the hanger everyday with PE weights in between sets. I would stretch after a hanging session as dick is more stretchy. I would not buy the Penimaster basic model-tough on hanging attachment point.

I would have a different mindset and believe PE is possible and see it as personal development like gym, reading etc. I would believe forum members when they write about the effectiveness of PE tools-bib hanger, PE weights etc and not think that someone was selling me something that didn’t work.

I would supplement with arginine, maca and tribulus and lift heavy weights to ensure testosterone levels support PE.

I would’ve started fowfers earlier and I wouldn’t have done V-stretching(too intense for me). Also, I would’ve done kegels( I will start soon).

I would have stuck with the Newbie routine longer. That’s when I got most of my gains. And I wouldn’t have taken such long breaks. I started 10 years ago, but I’ve taken breaks for years at a time.

Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

If I could do over……

-would keep it simple.
-wouldn’t buy so many enlargement toys.
-would stay committed and consistent.

My regret is the same one you hear time and time again — going hardcore too early. I feel once I started hanging and clamping, my gains stopped in their tracks as I got tougher rather than bigger. I was gaining ok my first 3 months, but then I started clamping and the rest is history. No gains since.

I could have gone easy in my first few months as I slighlty injured myself but I recovered after few weeks. However, I was elated over that period where I experericned most of my gains during and soon after. Today I just taking it easy I have enough length and grth to please a woman so I am just extending and pumping a little every day.

I’ve been doing this for 2 years now and Id have to say I wish I learned how to reverse kegel right out of the gate. Other than that I have no complaints. Just take it slow.
I always compare PE to regular exercise in which you have to warm up, stretch, hydrate, supplement, etc.. If you only have 10 minutes to work out on a given day, you’re probably better off not touching it at all as opposed to skipping the warmup and throwing 15 pounds on your prick right away!

Also, if your pee pee starts to hide away, he needs to rest! At least this has been my experience.
