If PE didn't exist?

Within a definition of what PE means on this site, imagine a scenario where it was known 100% that methods such as those expressed here didn’t work I.e. It had been scientifically proven and there was no documented proof anywhere of PE methods working. Sites like this don’t exist as neither does PE etc etc. In this (horrible) imaginary world, do you think you would simply live with your penis as it is, or would you take the plunge and go for a surgical solution and if so, what one?

I’ve now had my first PE session last night and can’t wait to see what the coming months bring hopefully in terms of gains. I’m genuinely excited about the journey I’m now on and love the fact I can share the ups and (hopefully not many) downs over the months and years. This got me thinking last night, if none of this existed, would I be tempted with a surgical option. So I’m also interested to see what others think.

For me, the risks would outweigh any possible benefits, so I’d be leaving things as they are. Would you?

I’d leave things just as they are. Positive surgical results are rare. One of the best results from PE is amazing erections. I think most women prefer a guy that can stay rock hard.

No, not at all. It is expensive, dangerous as hell. And results are nothing great.

I would keep as it is.

I would have bemoaned my fate then ‘learned to accept myself’. I don’t know if I would have pioneered and been a guy like swaffel (crushing his clamped dick in a bench vice, God it still cracks me up) or a person who was trying crazy things on their own 30 years ago. would definitely not have done the surgery. It’s just obscene and ridiculous.

Yes I’ve thought about this as well. I’m not saying breast enlargement surgery is ‘easy’ and should be thought of in a flippant manner, however I suspect if men had a similar equivalent operation available to them for penis enlargement with no significant risk to erections etc (e.g. ‘so Mr Smith, are you thinking 7”, 8”, 9”?’) I suspect many, maybe most, men would be tempted to ‘go large’!
