I just started, and I’m doing the newbie routine. Been at it for 2 weeks, taking it slowly making sure I don’t hurt myself.. And trying to find out what works for me.
I’ve been reading a little about pumping, clamping, hanging etc..
So I guess what I’m asking is.. After the newbie gains have hit their peak, and money wasn’t an issue, what would you spend money on (besides surgery)

You said money was no object and this would take a ton of it. Hire a team of credible scientists and medical professionals to research and document PE and which methods are more effective than others along with any variables.

I would put someone else in charge of my PE routine and pay them by results, a bonus of a million dollars an inch. This was if money was no object.

Clamping and hanging require little or no money, there are plenty of threads with instructions about how to make homemade devices - even extenders.
Once newbie gains are exausted, it is unlikely that a surgery could give you any gains, since it is just based on lengthening the suspensory ligs -a thing you can do with your hands or at the worst with hanging.
