Identifying a type of exercise
I have been trying to find the name of exercise .
I started to PE in Oct. , It’s been two months and I have notice the diff right into my second month .
The first month I gained .25 length , and thought .25 girth but the tape measure was riped and was giving be a positive but false .25 gain.
So my second month insted of 200 jelqs I switch it to 100
I do 10 quality jelqs and then I get fully erect then with my hand I clamp at my base, I hold for 30 secs then slowly not using force do a jelq .
That is my question is that a certain exercise .
I have gained .50 girth in that second month doing so
