Ideal direction to focus my stretches?

I have a LOT somewhere between 7 and 8. I’m trying to figure out which direction I should focus my stretches. Prior to Jelqing I manually stretch for about 15 minutes in every direction from strait down to strait up and everywhere in between. Stretching strait down or down and to the sides gives me the best burn in the ligs so I focus on that a little more than strait up for example. Based on LOT, how do you determine which way to stretch for best results? Thanks for advice!



If your LOT is 7:00 - 8:00, (following the theory) your routine should consist of stretches above that (SO or higher) so that the force of the stretch focuses mostly on your tunica. However, if you feel you get a good stretch SD, I would not omit it from your routine. Best case scenario: including them give you some gains from lig stretch. Worst case: SD stretches still stretch the tunica, so even if you don’t get any lig gains, you’re not doing work in vain. Perhaps just spend more time on stretches above your LOT. Hope this helps.
