Id like to buy an extender

Well I’m new to this and id like to be an extender or any devices for that matter. I need to do this discreetly so my wife doesn’t find out. Iv checked adult toy stores but they only sell pumps and rings and from what iv read extenders work better. Does anybody know of medical supply stores or somewhere I might be able to buy an andro extender or something like that. Or is anyone who sells these devices on here or has their own they want to sell. I’m definitely willing to pay if it brings results. If anybody can help please let me know.
