Iam scared about an injury

Hello everyone I had the idea to start doing jelq exercises in order to make my glance bigger. So I started with day one I go to the bathroom and I put some soap in my hand I didn’t warm up or cool down when I’ve jelq for the first time and that was a huge mistake anyways I did many stokes I think, and I didn’t count. I did that in the morning and it was all normal my glance got really big when I was doing strokes. So for a stupid reason the same day I did it again when it was late at nigh I got in my bathroom again and I did 200 strokes but I did warm up a little when I started ( iam stupid I know ) so I saw that my penis was leaning a bit and the other day I was getting some soreness behind the glance I did not continue with jelq because I read a lot of threads with injuries and I was scared that I did some damage to my precius organ :/ my erections were not so hard about 70% when I masturbated and when I came I didn’t feel much iam not numb in the glance .So that happened in only one day. Did I damage my penis? Can I heal it? Help me please

Welcome to the forum. Sorry that your first post is about a potential injury. :(

A couple of points, (which you’re probably painfully aware of, already)

1, Always warm up. At least in the beginning of your career. Most of us truly believe it helps, not just with gains, but to minimize the risk of injury. Some guys don’t warm up, but, hopefully, it’s a decision they’ve made after getting pretty well conditioned.

2. Be moderate. PE is a marathon, not a sprint. Be patient. It’s not going to grow into a show-stopper overnight.

3. Never use soap as a lubricant. It may feel nice and smooth and slippery, but it has a tendency to dry and irritate the skin. Especially the sensitive and delicate skin of the penis. If you’re circumcised, the circ scar area is especially tender.

4. The glans (note spelling) is loaded with nerve endings, and really can’t take a lot of abuse, Especially at the beginning of your dick-pulling career.

5. I’d be pretty confident that you’ve not done any serious or permanent damage. Just stop PEing for a few days, rest and apply heat and maybe gentle massage until it seems back to normal. Use the time you would’ve spent PEing to read up on the injuries forum and the newbie routine.

It is possible to get an injury from one day of jelqing? I hope this won’t destroy my penis iam really worried. I saw an article of one guy having some of my problems and he didn’t seem to heal I don’t know whats your advise? Damn I need help :/ why did I start this :(

Rest, and relax. Maybe some mild penis massage to keep the healing circulation up. The body heals.

I’m doubting that you have an injury, per se. It sounds like overworking and irritation. Just rest, and re-read my advice #5.

Ok I will give it time I don’t have pain ( I think ) and I can get erections but I can’t make a full 100% hard erection the glanse seems a bit soft so what do you think ? Juts rest? Because I did it for 1 day 2 times and it think I over did it so yeah.

When you do a lot of jelqing and your penis gets tired will it effect orgasm?

Grehory, don’t do cross posting please.. Clpg7’ post was excellent, read it again, there is all you need to know. Calm down and don’t think to PE or your penis for a few days and you’ll see improvements.

Sorry for doing that but please answer this question and give me a link for clpg7 post so the penis has 3 big veins one going straight one left and one right. So the problem is that I can only see the one going straight and the one going right I can barely see the left one. Any ideas why? Pls help

Oh you meant the first comment xD sorry for that I will do that thank you for the advise iam just scared because I see a lot of people having problems and I hope I didn’t damage my penis my erections are not as hard as they were thats why iam a bit scared also I noticed a curve downwards if you could spend a few minutes and help me with this.
