I will never skip a warm-up again

Last night I got in late and decided to do my session warm up free since I didn’t want to disturb anyone by having the microwave going off to warm my rice sock. I know some say they don’t warm up or that it’s not needed but I have to say that today has been my worst post workout day ever. My flaccid has been shriveled and itchy all day and my penis just doesn’t hang today like it usually does the day after. It feels bunched up and hard as opposed to smooth and girthy when I usually warm up. For newbs I would warn never miss a warm up!


Start: BPEL=16cm EG=13cm

Now: BPEL=18.2cm (approx. 7.2in) EG=13.1cm NBPFL= 13.4cm

Heroes: plein_lee, brain drain, rammln, neophyte, titleist (check these threads for proof)

You can remedy this with frequent warm ups and time off from pe. With any lick you can get back to it within 3-5 days.

I like to do fowfers if I do not have the opportunity to warm the sock. I have also noticed that if I keep my unit warm (I prefer to use a hair dryer) while in the extender, I can usually get an additional 1/2” stretched length when I am finished with my session.

I have skipped warm ups several times. Nothing bad has ever happend.

Yup the warm up is very beneficial. More often than not, the quality and duration of my warm up is a direct indication of how well my PE routine will turn out.

I had never warmed up (except for starting easy in the first 5-6 min.). Warming up or not depends on how your PE routine, and an other minor factor is that the penis might also to accustom it self to the warms ups that you normally do.

I also do not perform a warm up.

But to be fair, I also do not do any really high intensity exercises.

I am experimenting with a “cold stretch” theory at the moment, and have been cautious enough to avoid injury, while making significant gains.
