It seems like flaccid bends to stretch the bottom ligs more than the top would be the best bet. Seems like I’ve read on here somewhere about getting a bend out that way. Perhaps one can be created.

Yeah, a slight upward bend would be nice. G and A spot stimulation would improve. Not sure I believe the female ejaculation thing, but I’m sure it would increase the intensity of nail-marks in your back!
