Sorry if there already is a thread like this but id like to know:

How much have you gained, how much time did it took you, what was your routine

Because from seeing how slow and small some of the guys gains are I think it’s has no meaning doing everyday jelq stretch etc. For years to gain 1/4 from an inch.. I’ve been doing it for week and 3 days and I think it’s wokring because my dick is already bigger when down but I’m still very sceptic about it

I have not measured in a while, but the last time I did I was 7” NBP. I started with 6” NBP back in January 2008 and I officially reached the 1” mark in December 09 (so it was roughly a little less than 2 years). I did so many routines its not even funny. PE has been a lot of trial and error for me. If I had to choose the one routine that contributed the most for me it would have to be Mem’s rapid gain routine or my focus on clamping. Just for the record I can almost say without a shadow of a doubt that I have made more gains in the past couple of months but I am not due to measure for a while.

I’d say if you work hard the general gain is 1 inch in length per year and you can half that for girth at 0.5inches. That’s more of an average gain for someone who works hard in my opinion in there first year if they’re doing both girth and length routines.

Well 1 inch a year doesnt sound bad .. What means hard working..
Now I’m doing the newbie routine but I am 5 days on 2 days off
5 min warm up
5 min stretch
10 min jelq
5 min warm down

Next week will do 2 min more stretching and 3-4 min more jelqing and I think to increase every week the time I spend

Cut in half .. You mean not one inch but half an inch is normal for a year or ill have to cut my routine in half ?

I think the average gains are about 1/2” EL and 1/4” EG the first year; then gains slow down.

About your routine, 5 on/2 off after 10 days it is a bit too much. Stay on a 3 on/1 off. It doesn’t work ‘the more the better’ for most of people. You have to do the right amount of work - not more that that, not less than that. Of course I don’t know what is the right amount for you, you’ll have to find. But take it easy.

And read around here the more you can.

Well I’ve readed that if your dick feels fine with the exercises it’s no harm and mine does feel fine with this routine .. Actually I’m doing it for almost two week but month ago I’ve done 2 weeks of exercises but I didn’t had any routine and I was doing things that I now learn that must not be done so early(like jelqing in full erect doing too much jelqs and not warming doing it every day) so I guess I can say that I’ve been doing it for 3 weeks.. For now no injuries I feel ok my flaccid is much bigger and my erection is stronger. So I think ill keep up the thing like this, but ill take the advice not to increase exercises for just another week
