Hi guys.

I’ve been PEing for about 1.5 weeks now, every other day, My routine is:

5 mins warmup.
5 mins stretching.
200 wet jelqs.
5 min warm-down.
I do about 200 kegels a day.

I’ve realised that my flaccid size seems bigger, but from reading the forums I realise that I shouldn’t expect fast gains, but be patient and keep going.

Now my main reason to start PEing is that I seem to have an erection problem, I can gain about a 70% erection but I can’t seem to get a 100% erection for a long enough time for intercourse, so I have a floppy hard on :.

I’m 20 years old so I’m hoping that it’s not impotence, I weigh about 280 pounds, so I’m pretty fat. I also seem to have a masturbation problem, I masturbate on average 2 times a day.. Which I know is not good.

This problem has been haunting me for a while, my self esteem is shot, so I’m hoping someone out there has some advice to get me on the right track to gaining a rock hard erection. I don’t want to use viagra because I’m only 20 and hoping it’s a fixable problem. My size is currently about 6.2” X 5.2 midshaft, I really don’t care about length and width, just my erection.

I started doing more kegels lately, I’m going to aim at doing up to 500 a day, or even more, as I hear a stronger PC muscle will lead to stronger erection.

My case is similar to yours but it has got much better in the past months.
What you have to do:
-Cut down the jerking off, and when you do, try to maintain as high of an erection level as you can for as long as you can.
-Stop thinking about it
-Find yourself a girl (or whatever you like) that turns you on like crazy
-Do your PE but don’t be excessive!
-After a while PEing, you could try L-arginine or something like that

This will certainly help you. As far as the weight is concerned, I can’t tell since I don’t have this problem. One thing is for sure, shaping up could only help!

Sow powpow, you had the same problem as me but it’s improving? Do you do alot of kegels?

Why is jerking off 2 times a day not good? Would it be better to have sex two times a day? Jerking off 2 times a day isn’t not that uncommon for 20-year old guys I believe. Besides that, everything powpow said is good advice in my opinion. However, I would also recommend that you loose a couple of pounds. Guys with weight problems often report bad erections and such and I’m pretty sure you wouldn’t mind loosing a couple of pounds. Since you’re in your 20’s loosing weight will also be a lot easier than if you were 10-15 years older so you should definitely use this to your advantage. Start of easy, take a 30-min walk before breakfast 5 days a week or something like that. Try it out for a month or so, I assure you erections will be better, you’ll feel better both physically and mentally. Trust me on that.

Hey xlmagnum what kind of routine did you use. Man 1.75” in 6 months. I’d be 10” now.

Everything so far sounds good to me. Keep up the weight loss that will make an enormous difference. From your description it sounds like a physical problem, mainly lack of blood flow in that area. Loosing the weight will help that as will kegels. As a psychological means, substances such as Viagra and horny goat weed will give you that raging hardon and alleviate your worries of not being able to get it up for your woman. Keep up the great work man and the positive attitude and you’ll have erections of steel in no time.

Hey bro, I’m 20 and I use to jack off like 20 times a week, but now only once a week. I can tell you quite honestly that jacking off less gives you harder erection when you actually need it. Don’t know exactly how it works but it did.. Haha.

Easy solution: cut back on masturbating, increase kegels and jelqs. Your rock hard erections will be back in a week or two.
