Hi guys,

I am 22 years old and want to improve the distance and amount that I spurt when I cum.

Currently dribble or shoot short when I cum and only sometimes shoot very thin liquid when havent masturbated for a few days.

Well yes.

The “nut shot” is supposed to be “involuntary” (a reflex) - trying to force it is what makes it dribble.

I usually pull out, don’t touch the unit when I’m about 3-4 strokes away, relax and its going to go as far as it can.

Usually if I’m stimulated enough the woman is moving her head out the way.

Kegals will build up the muscles that are responsible for pumping the fluid out, so yes I can see how kegalling will improve the power on the shot.

It’s “Kegel” optimalss, after Dr. Arnold Kegel.

I don’t think Kegels improve ejaculatory distance or trajectory except marginally, by proxy.

The BC muscle, which is the muscle that Kegels exercise, does not propel sperm during ejaculation. I believe that is the job of the Bulbospongiosus muscle and the vas deferens. They’re nearby, but not the same. Even so, ejaculation is an involuntary, reflexive spasm, so it’s not going to be affected all that much by greater muscle tone.

One of the reasons that you may dribble rather than shoot has to do with the opening of the penis. In many males the pee hole is closed or partially closed when erect. If you pull it open just before ejaculating I bet you see the load go farther.

Arginine and a lot of water will increase your loads, and optimalss makes a valid point that relaxation will be of great help. Abstention (up to a point) will help with load size and the duration of the contractions.

My theory is if some of the muscles required for the “nut shot” power was improved, that during the involuntary contractions they should be stronger and more powerful.

Almost like a modern day sprinter benefiting from modern day plyometric and weight training, so that under the involuntary action of sprinting the strokes are more powerful and effective.

I have to tell you, my one minute skeeting episode - was a sight to see. What was going thru my mind was “is this ever going to stop?” and after about 10 of them, I asked myself again.

To top it off, my physical conditioning was coming on strong that time as I was in a “beast like” mental state.

IE: heavy cardio and weight training actually INCREASED my pump without roids and my flaccid would hang after conquering the session in the gym.

I owned the session - it didn’t own me.

In any case, much valuable info here - and I for one hope to achieve an incredible unit built by hard work, perseverence and forethought.

Interesting theory, but the flaws I see are: sprinting isn’t done by reflex and, in any event, Kegels aren’t training the muscles involved.

Now if you ejaculate and Kegel hard while doing so you may well be able to squeeze harder and aid the shot, but the reflex itself won’t be changed; what will change is what you are doing consciously to aid the reflex.

I am not certain of this, but I believe that ejaculatory spasms generate a burst of activity that is a set quantity, like any reflexive action.

When your eye blinks only enough energy is expended to get the required movement. You could theoretically train your eye lids to be stronger, so in the event that you deliberately squeezed your eyes shut tight they would be held there more tightly, but the reflex would remain at the same level.

I think when we get caught up in the sexual act we sometimes flex our BC muscle (in effect Kegel) just as we ejaculate and this does lend additional force to the moment. But my point was, Kegeling, by itself, is not going to make ejaculation shoot farther.

This has more to do with the size of your load than anything. Abstinence will contribute to that (as I said, up to a point), and Arginine with the correspondent hydration will definitely have a positive impact on that.

Kegels, not so much.

If you are in shape you will definitely have better sex than when you aren’t. Which reminds me, I must start hitting the gym again. I’ve gotten a bit sloppy of late.

Confirming that Kegels did nothing for me in this department.

The only time I don’t dribble is when I am reeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaalllly turned on.

As to amount of ejaculate, I too will confirm L-Arginine and lots of Water definitely help.

I also read on the internet that consuming lots of celery can help. I tried it for a week, and it really seemed to work. I made quite the mess. She seemed pretty surprised about it too. (But then again I was reeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaalllly turned on.)

But I haven’t tried the celery since. I should be more scientific about these things and do some “testing.”

I have had the experience that celery will make you taste nasty. One girlfriend complained and made me drink pineapple juice for a week. :)

Many things seem to help a little, but the one thing that seems to invariably help a lot is being as fit and as healthy as possible. Use that as a foundation and add on the Kegels, hydration, Arginine etc. as after-thoughts.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

It’s Kegel, not kegal, and “a lot” not “alot” (there is no such word). Spell check would catch that stuff, by the way. :leftie:

I’m glad you have confidence, but I think it’s misguided.

I’m hip to the fast twitch theories, but you are forgetting that when you are sprinting you are already consciously engaging the muscles used to sprint in the first place; so the fast twitch response you cite is not so much a reflex, but a conditioned response. There is a subtle difference. And it’s completely different than the ejaculatory reflex, which is entirely reflexive and not in least bit conscious or voluntary.

Most significantly the BC muscle, which is what the Kegel exercises, is an entirely different muscle than the Bulbospongiosus muscle that makes an ejaculation.

Given that, surely you can see the problem with your theory? Fast twitch or no, you can't work your abs to develop your pecs.

I think ‘contributes’ is the operative word.

I don’t believe the BC is responsible for the involuntary ejaculatory “squirt”. I think they work in concert with the vas deferens. My guess is that the involuntary contraction is not from the BC, as we have conscious control over it.
