I want only length gains
I search and found two threads but they were like three years old so I start a new one.
My EG is 5,1 but my NBPEL is only 4,9. I’ve just had a long break but before that I PE for about two months with the newbie routine.
Then I gained about 0.1-0.15 in both length and girth. But because my short length I want to focus on just length.
What is best to do now, only stretching? Maybe jelq once or twice a week? When I jelq before I had a low EL and still gained girth, And I really don’t want any more girth right now, just length! (Because I also heard that to much girth can slow down length gains)
