Experience clamp-er I am not a newbie.
I do a lot dry and wet jelq. But jelqing don’t worked for my girth.
In your opinion. If I do clamping with elastic band only 3 time in week after gym(bodybuilding) for 20 to 30 minute with KEGEL and 100% erection. And if I listen to my dick. And remove clamping(elastic band) when my dick have any ache or discoloration. And don’t do it greedy and do clamping carefully without numbness sense or discoloration.
Nevertheless clamping is dangerous and can fibrosis my dick if I tighten elastic band very much for 2 set of 15 minute!?
I must tighten my elastic band very much(To the extent that it loses its elasticity).because if I don’t tight it very much I can not feel any pressure or any girth increase. But I am afraid from tighten elastic band very much and that cause injuries.

Every time I tight band around base(closes to pubic bone) my base girth have increase but my mid-shaft girth don’t have significant increase.
What is best routine for increase mid-shaft girth?

My current size is 5.75 inch BEG. And 5.4 or 5.3 mid-shaft girth.
My long-term goal is 6.5 inch girth at base. And 6 inch girth in mid-shaft.
I expect that after 5 years I reach my goal.
I don’t think there is sex-shopping for cable clamp in my country.

I am a shy person. I can not imagine to go urologist for any problem of PE.

Penile thrombosis is the formation of a painful blood clot inside one of the veins in the penis.

What is there risk of clamping for thrombosis.

A simple solution would be not to clamp. Look into Uli’s (20 secs first, then 30 etc… 1 min.. 2 min etc.) and horse squeezes. You can jelq in between squeeze sets. Jelq around 60-80 % EL.

At least give it a go before looking more seriously into clamping. Meanwhile take the time to read the threads on clamping, gather more info (you should already know most recommend against clamping more than 10 minutes).

I have an idea take the elastic band wear it below your glans (head), then do uli’s and horse squeezes . that will help with mid-shaft girth.


Started:BPEL=5.0" x MEG=4.6 .(actually I was between 4.9 and 5 so I went with 5)

Now:BPEL= 6.3 x MEG=4.8 .. :) Final goal = 7.0 BPEL x 5.2 MEG.

Yes possible to injure espacially if you start 15 minutes straight away.

All PE exercises need to be eased into. Start slowly. 15 minutes is too long. Do sets of 5 minutes. Then loosen it and do some jelqs then clamp again 5 minutes. Do that for some weeks and then increase slowly time and intensity. And always do it full focused. Dont clamp of and attention onto something different.

When PE have high risk.

I don, t like any manual exercise that need to hand. Like jelqing and ULI.

My clamping workout is like “Extreme Uli Video”.

With low-intense clamping the growth rate is low. Maybe only 0.1 inch increase in year.

I can not be patient. I am greedy. And I must forget it. Because clamping have high risk to damage for impatient and greedy guys.

I am anti PE because it is hard and gain is very very slow.

But I want more girth in base. Because all I know base girth for vaginal orgasm is very important.

I do not want more mid-shaft and glans girth. Because I love blow-job.

What routine I must to do.

I know hanging is best for base girth.

But what weight and time need in day for hang.

I only want 0.5 inch for my base. After 1 year I can increase 0.5 inch?

No PE at all?

Before hanging, everyone here will highly recommended that you condition you penis first, because hanging is an advanced PE method.
Search for Newbie Routine or Linear Newbie Routine to get things going.


Start 6.8” x 4.7” (4.9" BEG)

My first 2 or 3 months of pumping caused my base girth to blow up. Yes it is a permanent gain.

If you want to grow your base girth, you cannot be "anti-PE."

I read about pumping tubes that target the glans.

Maybe there are others that target base girth?

Depending on the shape of the penis, and the shape of the tube, I think. :)

My apologies for mentioning hanging so early on (I must have missed that part about not PE’ing before), the gentlemen above are correct about conditioning your penis first with the newbie routine before starting to hang.

Gaining girth will also be as a result of PE.

PE is a slow progress, for many, but it works. Rushing it up only results in injuries. So take it slow, and learn how to perform the exercises. The newbie routine is an excellent way to do so. You will also gain by following it.

One more important outcome to PE is more than mere size gains, but also improvements in EQ, so you get a harder, healthier and bigger penis by doing PE.

Be careful, and read as much as you can before you attempt the exercises.
