So, this my first post. This site is great.

Anyhow I have two questions: First, what is the best way for me to gain some girth size? I would like to gain another .5 to 1 inch if possible. I started the newbie routine this week and I like the way I feel from it (so does the lady, but she thinks I am “the perfect size” already. Yeah, ok.) Is there any variation to the noob routine that I should implement to go for a thicker johnson, or should I just stick to the vanilla routine for starters?

Also, even though I get a rock solid erection and have gained control over my ejaculations (can last for hours and have many many small non-EJ orgasms until I decide to let it fly) I do not wake up with raging boners anymore. If I happen to awake from a dream in the middle of the night, I totally have rocket cock going but I just don’t seem to be waking up in the morning with them. Any ideas there? Stick with the newbie routine for awhile before you intensify things. You’ll have less chances for injury that way. After a month or three, ramp up the intensity if you wish, but the general consensus is that there is no reason to do anything different until you stop gaining with the newbie routine.

IMO it will be better to receive your current size and routine for the former for to give you some advise. First of all I think you have to perform your newbie routine for now.

I am SO in this for girth gains. 1 inch gain in girth is going to take a lot, and personally I’d rather run the marathon than go for the sprint like higherone’s sig says. So I’ll be doing this for a while. Once I’m done the newbie routine after 3 months, I’ll definitely be heading down the clamping road. It seems like the best way to go for girth.

I measure on a monthly bases, so my first measurement is coming in about 10 days or so. I’ll use this as a way to gauge my routine and change it up a little bit if I don’t like what I see. Don’t be shy about posting man, you’ll definitely learn a lot from the people here.

Start (Jan 2011): FL=8.75cm(3.44") BPEL=18.35cm (7.22") EG=11.6cm(4.56")

Current: FL=10.50cm(3.94") BPEL=19.55cm (7.69") EG=13.25cm(5.21")

Goal: BPEL=19.1cm (7.5") EG=14.0cm(5.5") and reduce my fat pad!

The Marathon analogy makes a lot of sense (hope it’s more fun than the last Marathon I ran ). Anyways, a half inch in girth (I’m assuming that is circumference) would be cool. Wonder how much lenght I can pull off. I’m about 6.5 x 5

Tommy as all of us say just perform Newbie routine. I inform you good news that I gained around 0,5 inch girth just with newbie routine. As big girtha’s says clamping is not our job for now.
