I Want Girth

I’m fine with my length but it’s girth that is the problem (about 4.5 in). I’m obviously new at this so is there anything I should be doing differently than normal? Like I don’t want to be doing things that will increase length but have no affect on girth. If I don’t gain anything in length I’m perfectly fine with that. I was thinking for instance, would stretching simply be a length thing?

Anyways, just some tips on what I should be doing for girth. Thanks!

Stretching will probably only increase length. Try jelqing at a 70-80% erection level, and maybe more when you are more conditioned. There are plenty of advanced exercises that target girth, but you should wait awhile and get conditioned with the newbie routine for a few months before attempting them.

Best thing is to do a search on Girth.

Don’t clamp as a newbie. I would definitely do the starter routine of stretching & jelqing for 4-6 weeks to condition your penis. After this period, evaluate how you feel, and where you wish to go with your PE career.

I’d start with the Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine , then consider throwing pumping into the mix.

Don’t jump into pumping right away; with luck, you’ll get some newbie gains and you might need a larger cylinder than if you bought one now. But after you’ve done the Newbie Routine, I think that pumping is one good way to add girth.

Don’t clamp/pump yet man.Give your dick some time to get used to the friction and pulling. After 2-3 months you will notice that your penis will get a lot more flexible and you will know it will be ready for a more intense workout. If you want to affect your girth, maybe you can do some light squeezes to complement your newbie routine. But with even with these, I recommend you be very careful and take it easy. Remember if your dick brakes, you can’t order new parts dude!

Hey carp, by ‘flexible’, do you mean even when during an erection? Or does it become flexible when PEing only? Because there is no point of having a larger penis that is more flexible I believe..

The same problem as mine but where is the solution

qxfdg3j3, don’t worry, the flexible part you will feel only when soft. Your erections should be better than ever if you follow the routines properly and do lots of kegels. Once you reach about 2-3 months approx. you feel/see what I mean. Your dick starts to get used to the blood pressure applied by the jelqs and it gets a little “spongier”, per say. This is a good sign though. And it lets you know your are in the right track and maybe even ready for a more intense workout. Cheers.
