how much force do you do stretching?

I am not putting too much force but it seems hurt

every time after stretching the base of my penis is hard (flaccid)

or is that normal?

A sore or fatigued feeling is okay, pain is not.

I’m not sure what you’re talking about with the base of your flaccid penis being hard. How long does it last?

I cannot define what is a sore, and what is a pain, I am not sure am I doing the right thing…
When I saw the stretching video the guy is pulling real hard, I am sure I would not pulling as hard as that

that is hard to explain…..
Before my stretching, when I pinch the base of my penis (on sides), I feel a vein inside there,
after stretching this vein would become bigger and hard, and sometimes it make the flaccid penis stiff
normally it last for about 1-2days, but today it just last for hours

I don’t think stretching would cause that, are you doing jelqs with your routine?

Yes, I am doing jelqs with my routine.

I’ve tried only jelqing but no stretching there wasn’t a problem

But if I stretch again, it comes out immediately after the stretch

I try giving it a nice stretch, i don’t try pulling it off. You warm up before the routine? And cool down or warm down?

I ‘m doing stretching with a hot shower, like a min washing warm up and warm down

Not sure about your hard spot. The guys in the vids seem pretty advanced. I don’t stretch as hard as they do, and as a beginner I don’t think you should be stretching that hard. Start light and get to know the feeling of your anatomy under your skin, so you can really feel what is being stretched. The fastest way to get big is to not injure yourself.

Yeah no problem,

This is what I do. I Warm up with hot water for 5 minutes. My penis is kinda pink when I’m done warming up so I know it’s all nice and warm. I use a washcloth and wrap it, reheating every 30 seconds. Then I stretch. I Pull down, up, down left, down right. That’s all I really do. I’m still a newbie. I Don’t pull until it hurts. I’ll gradually pull harder, while paying attention until I feel it about to hurt, when I feel it’s going to start hurting I ease off a tad then hold that pressure for 15 sec, then I repeat but second round I hold for 30 sec, then for 45 sec, then to finish, I do my last round for 1 min, I gradually increase my pressure as I increase my time. That adds up to 10 min. Then I jelq for 5 min. Then do a 5 min warm down the same way I warm up. That’s my workout. I’ve been doing this for a week. Tomorrow I’m going to increase my workout.

If you want, try wrapping your penis with a cloth. I’m not a doctor, but the stiffness might be caused from bad warm ups and warm downs, and maybe your pulling to hard. Get your own feel for it, its takes time. Especially since your getting back into everything.

I think I might get that because I stretch too long, I was doing a 2 mins for 4 directions
or I am stretching too hard, I was stretching to a point feel a little urge like slightly tearing something, is that the problem?

A 2 minute stretch is probably too much for a newbie. I recommend 30 to 50 seconds. That`s how I do it and I`m not really a newbie, don`t let the join date fool you.

Again, no problem.
All of those possibilities could be the potential problem. Unfortunately, I don’t know how it feel because I’m not you. But if you want to try my routine, by means go for it. Simple and small at first is key. Even tho You’ve PEed in the past, you should come back starting at the same level you left off. Hopefully you’ll see better PI with my routine.

I stretch as hard as I can and I have zero discomfort, I thought everyone stretched as hard as they could?

I do manual stretches in front of my girl friend to tease her and she screams thinking I am hurting myself lol.
