I took the week off

This last week was the number 25 in my PE journey however I took it off from PE because I think I deserved it.

This has been the longest week in my PE career because I felt bad of not doing my exercises. Anyway after a while of thinking it again and again the ligth came to me, hey I am bigger than when I started and I am rigth on my way to the so desired 8X6 BP.

Weel last night I just was trying to experiment because I really have not had good results with the jelq no expansion and no big wang after the workout, well just to make things short, I had the best dry jelq session this nigth and I really think I finally get the rigth way to do the exercise, results good expansion and big wang after the workout, and it really feel heavy.

Anyway just wanted to share my happiness with you, and when you feel discouraged just think that if you have obtained little gains at leat it is bigger than what you had in the past years.

You have a great attitude about your PE gains. You’re right that small gains over many months add up to large gains over the years. Any gain is a great success!

Thanks peforeal I think that a key factor to succes is attitude, when I feel bad I think PE is just a waste, but then I think in my small but constant gains and I am back in the game again :)

Good choice, I do it all the time. Everyday, in my opinion is not good for the penis, just like lifting every day isnt. I think youll find you get better results when you rest and let your penis heal.

My dick feels different now, it feels completely rested and like it has always been this size, I think gains are almost cemented, however I have some questions to the vets here.

Well the questions:

Should I begin with the newbie routine again and work my way back or should I keep doing my latest routine?

I have been measuring like a madman to see if a lost some length during the break, I think I have not lost any, however the results are the next:

Measuring sitting 20.8 cm

Measuring standing 19.6cm<20.3

Measuring laying 19.3 cm

Do you lose size when measuring laying down? I measured this way and lost some length. I do this question because as you see I cold not get a decent measurement standing it varied to much, and it idoes not happen whit the measurements laying down or sitting.

I didn’t do any proper measurement, but I’m sure that my penis is shorter in length while laying down then while I’m standing or sitting.

7 x 6 EG is perfect!

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)

Measuring sitting on top 20.3 cm BPEL (20.8 BPEL to the side)
Measuring standing on top 19.6cm-19.8 BPEL (20.3 BPEL to the side)
Measuring laying on top 19.3 cm BPEL (19.8 BPEL to the side)
