I think that bad blood circulation is my problem. Really important for me,please help

So as I’ve said before I have a decent starting flaccid size, about 4.05 inches, sometimes slightly less, sometimes slightly more. But my erections suck, before doing 1 month of NoFap etc. Etc. I had very low libido, infrequent erections, no morning wood, now I have frequent morning woods, better libido etc, but my dick still grows too little. My normal erections are only like 2 cm more than my flaccid, if I really stimulate in grows like 3 cm or a pair of millimeters more (let’s say my best erect size is maximum 1 and 1/3 inches more than my flaccid, but it is really rare, normally it grows like 1 inch. That sucks). I know that there are growers and showers but one thing is to go from 5.5 flaccid to 7 erect, another is to go from 4 to 5.

I know that it is mostly genetics (EXCLUDING PE that I really think will work for me) but I know think that my problem is that I have bad blood circulation.
First of all, when cold I have extremely cold feet and hands. I know that everybody says this but I really have freezing hands and feet too often. Like, everybody says this to me.
I didn’t go to the sea in 1-2 years, then I went in the very cold, deep sea and I felt my dick shrinking for like the whole day, dick shrinking in cold sea is scientific but I don’t really think it is normal to feel it for the whole day.
Another cause of bad circulation is that I lay in bed for a lot of time, not that I lay in bed doing nothing but I do a lot of the things people do sitting, I do them laying down: PC, videogames, reading, often studying, masturbating etc. I’m trying to stop it and I will do, but for the past like 2-3 years it has been like that.
And the fact that I masturbated a lot since I was like 8-9 (20 now) could be another issue. Not only the fact that I masturbated a lot, but how I masturbated. Basically for a lot of years I did not masturbate properly (with your hands that go up and down, I just clung on to my penis, squeezed it, like putting fingers at the shaft and at the tip and pressing it, I don’t even know how to describe it, I didn’t even move my hand or my fingers when masturbating, just pressed the dick in various parts. I really think that damaged my dick. Not that I damaged it (I think it is normal now) but I accostumed it to have shitty erections. And as you may understand, that meant I masturbated non erect a lot of times, it was routine. Fortunately I’m ahead of that
So, I think I accostumed my dick to weak erections.
And I really think I have bad blood circulation.
How can I fix it, and is jelqing the only known technique that targets blood flowing?

I really hope you guys will help me

PS: another issue that I have is this: I have a swelling (meaning with that that it gets thicker) at the part of the penis just below the head, like an excess skin or something, it is not a really excessive thing but it is really noticeable, could it be that when erect if keeps the dick down? I say this because: if I try to measure it laying in bed, the dick is smaller because it is pulled down, it is “contracted at that part” I have to keep it straight with the other hand to have my normal dick. Even if I stand up and pull it up it is a little compressed at that part. So I think this is not that much not normal when flaccid, but it seems pretty not normal to be like that when erect, so I’m asking you, is it possible that my dick is pulled down by that swelling when erect? I don’t think it is, as the swelling is not that huge, the real question is: are there manual techniques to reduce the swelling, to stretch that part?

Have you thought about exercising?

Do you do this frequently, so you would consider yourself to be in good to excellent physical health?

Yeah I’d say I am.
I need you guys to help me to know how to have better blood circulation and especially if there are ways to have more blood to the penis, except for jelqing

My idea is that Jelqing will help me for this but: I have to know if there is a better jelqing technique for me and still I have to fix my blood circulation problem in non-PE ways. Plus I want to know if there’s a way to target the upper part of the penis more.

BTW I really think that ED and all of these things about erections are mostly about bad circulation

You are right but could this really help? And what else could I do? Supplements or other things?

Why not try the getting out of bed thing and off your butt for a while to see how that works before looking for other stuff.

Because I do a lot of things and I go to the gym and I run and I play decent level basketball and I already said I decided to stop spending so much time laying in bed?

What they say is that ED can also be a sign of heart trouble, so that is why the questions about your ability to exercise and handle it well.

How old are you? Have you ever tried erection drugs like Viagra or Cialis? How about circulation and nitric oxide boosters, like amino acids L-arginine or L-citrulline?

And they are right, it’s just that I stated that I do move and play sports etc. I’m just 20, don’t want to try Viagra and Cialis. Also I’m scared to try the others that you mentioned as I have pretty bad acne and I read that they may worsen it.

P.S. I absolutely don’t have ED, I may have had some form of ED but right now I don’t, I just think that it could get bigger if I had better blood circulation in my body.

P.P.S I think I’m interested to try Viagra or Cialis or whatever drug gives you a better blood flow to the penis, I think I will try in the few months, even If I’m scared of acne right now

Have you read about L-arginine and L-citruline? Those amino acids are readily available without prescription and body builders use them all the time.
