I think I've sersiously injured myself. Please help , anyone
I’ve had about a month off PE now , I know this might belong in the injury forum but I’m still a newbie and I think this might benifit others starting out. First of all a big big warning to newbies , do not I repeat NOT overdo it , you’ll regret it , and stay away from advanced exercises even if you think you know what you’re doing.
Ok so about amonth ago I was getting great gains and decided to step it up with horse 440s , everything was fine the first two times doing 5 reps and then I stepped it up to ten , there was no pain but at the end my erection was pointing a bit to the right which was odd. I checked it again later on and it was normal but I’d noticed a sharp discomfort in the left side of my dick like a pulling muscle or something during manual stretching. To cut a long story short I found I had this pain all up the side of my dick for a while and decided to give it a rest until I was recovered. A month later I’m still not better , I found if I left it completely alone for a week it would be ok but then if I masturbated or did a very very light massage or jelq it would sort of “flare” up again and it’s not so much pain but discomfort in the left side like a tugging throbbing feeling.
This week I’d had about 2 weeks off with no masturbation at all and I was feeling good so I warmed up in the shower and went to do a light session as soon as I went for a light stretch (by the way whenever I massage or pull it slightly it within this time it would seem tight and rubbery) I felt the sharp pain immediately.
To say the least I have been very very depressed about this and really worried that I’ve seriously hurt myself / ruined my chances to keep doing PE , I mean I’ve hurt muscles before like on my hand from boxing and everytime I hit something that injury flares up again , what if this is similar ??
I’ve lost all my gains I think and it’s very very hard!
Does anyone have any advice or any similar experiences ? The only reason I haven’t been to a doctor yet is because I figure if I was badly injured (ie surgery required) then I’d be in lots of pain which I’m not but I seem to be in this limbo and my dick is not responding . . . . .
I just want to get well so I can get back to PE , I know you guys understand how that feels..
