Started the newbie routine a month or so ago. I have been pretty much following it but perhaps missing a few to many days due to lack of privacy problems. Didn’t want to overdo it or injure myself anyway so just easing into it isn’t too bad.

Didn’t really notice much difference at first, harder fuller erections perhaps and a touch more bone pressed length.

I didn’t stretch as much as suggested as I find it a bit uncomfortable and really don’t know how much force I should be using so I played it safe on that one.

Anyway, the wet jelq didn’t seem to be doing much at all, no expansion or pumped up penis afterwards, so I tried dry jelqing. After about a week I seem to have gained a little. Conservatively I would say an 1/8” but at times it seems perhaps even 1/4”. Feels thicker too.
My starting stats were - NBPEL 7” BPEL 7.5” EG 4.5” (with a 5.5” head!) Now my girth is 4.75” it seems.
As you can see girth is really what I need so I’m concentrating on jelqing, and hoping to gain a little length along the way too.

Anyone offer any advice? I’m aiming for 8”x5.5” that would be perfect!

Wow, starting off with 7.5 BPEL. I’d be almost 9 right now if I started at 7.5. Consider yourself lucky. You just need to buy a pump or start clamping to get the girth gains. I guess the experts would tell you to stick to the newbie routine for a while longer, but your going to get your best girth gains by clamping or pumping.

By the way, 5.5 EG isn’t that big. Aim higher. Go for 6.

Wow, your starting stat is my goal! I’d be very happy with a NBPEL of 7” penis.

Thats 7.5” BPEL though. About 7” NBP. It just doesn’t seem that big to me with not having much girth. The head is big though, 2” long and about 5.5” girth! It’s funny how we all see ourselves as small. I’ve never had a girl say I was big, but a few say it is

I also prefer dry jelq. As for the stretching, it’s an integral part of the routine and of PE in general. Don’t worry, you won’t pull your penis off. :) Pull it as hard as you can stand. If you can pull it till it hurts, just make sure you pull it till it almost hurts. Pain is bad in PE, but a certain amount of stress is needed for gains.

In my opinion the stretching really adds to the gains you get over just jelqing and vice-versa.

I’m also finding it difficult to spend the time warming up too. Again this is mainly to do with getting enough privacy. From what I have read heat seems very important to growth.

This is another reason I am taking it slowly I tend to make sure I’m well warmed up and gradually increase intensity during the session. Not ideal I know.

Measuring again, well it seems that I have gained 1/4” girth. I can hardly believe it that this really works. Amazing how much bigger a 1/4” of girth actually feels too.

The dry jelq’s seem to really do it for me, now I am going to concentrate on proper warm up and include more stretches.

Looking at 5” girth now and I’m motivated.
