I think it's working, I'm hooked
So I’ve been PEing since a week before the first of this month, so about 3 weeks total so far and I am noticing changes for the better. I hang flaccid much lower and thicker than before, and my general EQ has gone through the roof, morning woods are harder than they used to be, and I can get and maintain erections on cue whenever I need to. I’ve also noticed that I no longer pop random wood during the day at unwanted times (like grocery shopping, which is rather embarrassing).
The fiance also moans a little differently than she used to, and just today I was walking around in my favorite pair of gym shorts and she says to me “why do you have a boner?” I said that I didn’t and showed her, to which she replied “oh.. It doesn’t look as lazy as it usually does.”
I’m trying out a low impact long duration routine, I read about the guy nicknamed “big gainer” in one of the threads around here that states that he doesn’t do anything intense, but just puts a huge amount of time into it. Ill see how it works out for me and move onto something else if it doesn’t.
10-15 minutes of random stretching and jelqs right after I wake up before work
30 minutes of stretches and jelqs during my lunch break (I live close to work)
And finally at the end of the day, I take a nice hot shower, sit on the edge of my couch and stretch for about 1 - 1.5 hours while watching TV
Then a 30 minute fowfer
The exercises I practice are: standard jelqs, SO pulls, downward pulls, rotary pulls, and I don’t know if it has a name but I will stretch with my left hand, and jelq with my other hand, kind of a jelq pull I guess, and finish with fowfers.
I am excited to see what my first measurement tells me on the first of next month.
