I Think I Over Did It

I started hanging weights from my penis. I did it for about a month off and on 10 to 20 minutes at a time I started with 3 pounds and I moved up to 9 pounds because I wasn’t seeing any results and now I’m having trouble getting and keeping an erection is there something wrong with me did I injure myself?

Take a month off then start with the newbie routine, or better still the Linear Newbie Routine, assuming everything is back to normal, which it should be.
