I have to say, I have strayed away from measuring because I don’t want to get caught up in numbers. I want to look down and TELL I had a gain. However, I did take starting measurements and I just measured after about 5 weeks of pretty constant newbie routine. Aside from my flaccid hang feeling a lot “heavier” my NBPEL seems to have increased. I had a 90 percenter the other day and I was a drop over 7”!! I have never measured 7” NBPEL before. It was always in the 6.75 to 6.85 area. This is awesome!!

I think the gains coincided with my routine going from 2 on 1 off to 5 on 2 off and 10 min stretching/15 minute wet jelq.

Congratulations. It’s incredible, but this stuff actually does work.

Keep in mind that the change is so gradual, you probably won’t notice without measuring: that’s why record-keeping is so important. I also took pics with my web-cam a few years ago, and I can definitely see a difference myself! Keep on stretching and “cement” those gains, dude!

Yes, the BPEL has increased.I think. It is touch because that measurement could vary greatly depending on the amount of force used to press. I COULD measure over 9” with the right pressure on the ruler LOL!

If you can measure 9 BP then you are 9, you will hit the pubic bone and not be able to press further, that’s the whole idea behind BPEL. You press in as hard as you can, as far as you can, that way you get a consistant reading.

This is the best way to get accurate measurements. Also you need it to be as hard as you can get it everytime.
