I think I got the smooth muscle theory down right

I think I got the smooth muscle theory down right

If I get really hard erections, and don’t see gains, I should focus on stretching more than jelqing, if I don’t get very hard erections and I don’t see gains, I should focus on jelqing more than stretching….

that’s pretty much it, right?

That may be a bit over-simplified but that it the general idea. Weak erections = work smooth muscle, strong erections = work tunica.

Let me tell you the secret that has led me to my goal: my strength lies solely in my tenacity.

Louis Pasteur

Hey I am also interested in this. My would would be: Is stretching the tunica girth-wise going to be the same as stretching it length-wise? If they are the same then I have been wasting my time as I have never really stretched properly at all in my PE career.

Has anyone had any notable success using this theory??

I am currently focusing on mainly tunica as this is my limiting factor, due to having a BPSFL the same as BPEL.

hmm, the whole PE is a theory, proven to work time after time but still a theory… so we kinda are getting cought up in it… :]

kokoko, take a read to this when you have time:

Thanks.

There is a difference between “Theory” and “Application”

Theory is thinking about how our penises get bigger.

Application is actually doing some thing about it (Exercising)

So you can think all day long about the technical reasons a car works.

Or you turn off you brain, get in the car and drive, and end up at your girlfriend’s house.

My thought as a newbie was to leave the theory to the big brains, and just grab a newbie routine and drive!!!!!!!!!

You can read theory while you are making your penis with jelqs and stretches.

BEST OF LUCK, you will do great as long as you do not get knotted up in theory!

Oh yeah, before I forget — I do not mean to denigrate theory. I love reading the articles and speculating, it is very helpful once you have a little PE experience under your belt.

And these articles are key — happily they are short and easy to understand. And light on theory, long on common sense:

Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth!
Warning! If you haven’t gotten improved erections:

I just feel that newbies can get so involved in reading the different theories (LOT, smooth muscle, etc) that they get paralyzed and don’t PE!

So that is why I advise you not to worry about it at first.
