I think I figured this out
I have been PE’ing for a little over 3 months and I have always had a problem with the stretches. I just never felt like I was getting a good stretch where I wasn’t stretching mostly skin. I usually use an overhand grip and grab below the glans. However, what I wasn’t doing was pulling my back toward the base before I got my grip. As a result, I would grab about a .5 inch below the glans and then basically bunch up my skin between my grip and my glans and be stretching my skin at the base. The stretch marks on my unit were getting noticeable.
I watched some of the videos again today and noticed the person kinda grabbing the base of his unit between two fingers like a cigarette. It finally dawned on me that maybe he was pulling his skin toward the base before getting a grip. Does this sound right? How do other people handle this. I have had some serious temporary swelling just below my glans on the underside of my penis and I believe it is from not gripping appropriately.
During my workout today, I pulled the skin toward the base before gripping and felt like I was getting a much better stretch of the ligs that way.
