Let’s make a simple bet: Are you ready to invest just a little 30 hours of your time over the next three months for proving that PE works?
If no, I may ask very politely why you are at TP’s (no offense! I just mean there must be some curiosity on your side)?
If yes: here’s your plan
- From today on until 31st of December: measuring period. Start measuring your dick in flaccid and erect state several times.
Note the average of these stats in a secure place and don’t look at them anymore.
And: be honest, you are only cheating on yourself!
And: make a rice sock for heating up.
- Routine:
Every morning (best time for PE in my experience) before taking a shower
- heat rice sock in microwave and apply for 5 mins
- Get an erection and very slowly jelq with little force in the OK-grip for 10 mins
- Get off your erection - stretching has to be done completely flaccid!
- Stretch with low force for 30 seconds in all directions (down-up-left-right-out, overall 4 cycles)
- Warm-down: with rice sock or in hot shower
- Optional but very helpful part: Kegels.
Get familiar with Kegel exercises and start a little Kegel routine besides the above mentioned routine.
Does not have to be much, something like 10 minutes per day day is already sufficient.
- Additional hint: the less you consume porn the better your results and EQ will be.
Masturbation does not disturb if not done before exercising. I try to avoid direct sexual activities of any kind in the 3 hours after exercising, but that’s more my belief than an evidence-based thing.
- Do the routine in average 5 times a weeks, easiest schedule is 2 on 1 off. Take the rest days, they are important!
If you are not jelqing and stretching too hard but really lightly, the risk of injury is extremely low too.
Be extremely consistent, no excuse a part real sickness should interfere with your training schedule!
- Measuring the success:
depending how much you believe a newbie-bro who has just gone through that stage you can measure once a month during a 2-days off period. Measure several times your erect dick and note down the average and the best value. Decide which one to pick (I always take average…). If you really think I know what I am talking about do not measure at all during these three months but wait for the surprise after 12 weeks.
I am quite convinced that by following this light routine (which is the Newbie routine by the way) you will notice evidence of gains after 12 weeks.
And then we will talk about increasing intensity and frequency :-)
