Before anyone asks this question, I started the girth blaster jelqs around 1-2 months before my very first post on this thread. After 1-2 months I noticed I was gaining for the very first time and decided to make a thread about it. Fast forward a little, I stopped the girth blaster jelqs before I took that one month off and after that one month off I did clamping only for awhile.
About 1-2 weeks ago I decided I needed to get back to doing girth blaster jelqs because with clamping I was not gaining and erection quality was not that great. After about 1-2 weeks I have already noticed better erection quality and a small/start gain.
I got that gain yesterday and it stayed the same as I measured 2 or so more times, still have not checked if it’s the same today yet. The bottom line is that I need to start that progress report thread as soon as possible to keep track of my routines, breaks, and of course those size+erection quality fluctuations.
Notes: I changed from going to %80 erection to as erect as possible when doing the girth blasters because I think that’s what is working for me. I also doing an extra 200 reps of the regular hand grip - 0 style grip.
(Just make sure your technique is good and even pressure with both hands, when doing any type of erect jelqs don’t pressure/squeeze too hard).
