I started to afraid of PE after reading the injuries

Hey guys.

I started to read pegym and this forum 2 weeks ago. I haven’t started yet. I am/was (not sure after reading) going to do JP90 routine. I’ve read some threads about injuries on this forum. God.! I am afraid of doing PE now.

What is the possibility of getting injury? How many of the people doing PE get injuries?

Is that because they push themselves too hard? Or even if I be careful and don’t push myself hard is there a possibility of injury?

I really want to do PE, but after reading all those things.. I don’t know.

Hi adventure34,
I have just started in the last few days and after a lot of reading from a few different sites,
I think the key is knowledge and patience read up about the technique you want to use and learn to perfect it don’t over do it and ask some people from what I’ve read on here there has been some great gains and a lot of people with experience and knowledge.
Best of luck bud!

You can avoid injuries if you don’t over do it. Take it slow and easy, don’t push it too hard, keep reading more information and technique about doing PE on the right way.

At the end of the day if you are sensible and listen to your body you shouldn’t injure yourself.

Busy Building a big dick with AM 2.

I’ve seen people do it properly and still end up getting injured. I’ve also seen people do it incorrectly and too extreme and never get injured. The most injuries I’ve seen have been from erect jelqs, so stay away from that and don’t even accidentally do it

And most of the injured I’ve seen haven’t recovered after months/years either.

So you say even if I don’t do anything wrong, there is a possibility of getting injured huh? God, I am really confused.

In one hand, I want to do it because every moment I don’t do it I will tell myself I should and it won’t get out from my head.
But in the other hand, I can’t even imagine the feeling of regret if I get injured.

An actual penis injury through natural PE is rare to occur. To be honest, never seen one in here (documented and proven with pictures and exams).

What commonly happens is people over kegeling or doing long sessions, noticing decreases in hardness and erection frequency, which is temporary and isn`t an injury, more an brief condition.

Do what is recoomended that everything will be alright.

As a side note, penis is very capable of handling any of the methods we developed over the years, but common sense guides our lives: use the right amount.

Good luck.

Read this first and follow the guidelines. Slow methodical progression is the way to avoid injury.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Yup. I’ve seen a few cases where a person was doing things right, warming up and all then maybe they feel a sharp pain in their glans or base of the penis and then they have erection troubles. People tell them to rest, but months/years later it still remains the same (if they ever update).

However, these people just end up getting branded as trolls because to a lot of people here jelqing and other PE is almost sacred and hold the belief that if done right no damage is possible.

If you’re afraid then don’t do it.

A lot of injuries happen because people put too much pressure on their dick

You have to make sure that warm ups and warm downs are completed

Rest days too

If you feel as if you will injure yourself then do a fraction of the JP90 routine and see how your dick takes it

From what I’ve seen, injuries are rare. And most of the people who post injuries admit to going way beyond the recommended guidelines. Injuries are mostly from high-risk (and supposedly high-reward) practices due to impatience.

I have done some pretty extreme things and have never been injured. I’m not advocating it. I have since renounced those ways and now practice a mild, gradual routine, successfully.

Still, it seems that there are those times when someone stays within the guidelines and gets injured - usually not seriously. And if they would just leave their dicks alone for a couple weeks or months they would recover quickly. But most find it hard to do this and end up prolonging their injury. Also, if you do get injured and are worried about it, go to the doctor - another thing that many people seem afraid to do when they get injured.

There’s always a risk of injury in every physical activity. But if you follow the guidelines posted on this forum you should be fine.

Being scared is better than being overzealous. That way you’ll be cautious.

Also, you don’t have to practise PE. I you’re like most people here when they started (including me), you’re dick is already good the way it is.
