So while jelqing for the third time ever, you think you went at it to roughly? Since you have experienced numbness then you have hurt nerves, and since you experience contraction and hardness I’d guess you hurt tissues too.

Every now and then there are posts along your experiences - only a mere few seem to make little improvement. Most people that hurt themselves seem to get well. Takes time simply.

I don’t know what’s “roughly” but something felt very wrong and my penis started to act wierd during the jelq session so i stopped directly and have now been resting for 2 weeks, some improvements yes, but it’s seems that i have a long way to go to recover fully, if i ever will :/

You will recover. It just takes time. How long? We don’t know. Wishing you a speedy recovery :)

Well all I can do is just to hope, this is easiest the biggest problem i have had in my life.

It may take a while depending on what you did. But you may find some comfort and even help by immersing your penis in warm wter. Best if you have a pumping tube as this can cover your dick and is easily contained. If not then warm water applied by flannels may be helpful - Even a flower vase will do. Just have the water pleasantly warm such as you will use to wash your face, and immerse your penis for 5 minutes or so 2 - 3 times a day. But first, just try it once, and leave for a period to see how you react. If you feel a problem then stop, but if the water is just pleasantly warm, and soothing start there and increase it just very slightly next time. You may feel signs of life down there which is good as it may be stimulating the nerves etc. If you do feel stimulation, that is good.

But as I say. DO NOT use hot water Do the “Baby test” putting your elbow in the water, IF that is comfortable to warm then it’s OK.

At the very least it will give you something to concentrate on rather than feel hopelessly depressed.

I understand that, but when 2 weeks are passing and your dick is not working as usual you are getting very scared.

I mean VERY scared…. it would feel more good for me if i could know if my dick would recover to as it once was.

Ofcourse you guys can’t say that to me, because it’s not sure….

Reading through your posts. It is clear that there has been some improvement from the first injury. So that is positive and shows that things are healing, but you have got to give it time.

Heat will help it to heal so you could try warming the area, preferably with an infr-red lamp or electric heater - even a table lamp at a pinch. I guess we have all had some problems so yours is not unique. but unless you do something totally ridiculous there is every probability that it will repair itself. If you sprain your ankle it can take a while to get back to normal the same aplies to other part of your body, including your penis.

Tell us about any positive or negative changes . But at the moment patience is the best healer.

There is a slim chance, that your dick could end up even better than before!

All exercise puts a bit of strain on the body, and it is the body’s adaptation and attempts to recover from that strain that cause some of the beneficial effects of exercise. Of course, I am in no way advocating deliberately doing over-heavy sessions, but just making this comment to give you another possibility.

As a kid, I caught bronchitis so bad, and coughed so much I ended up very week and lost over 30 pounds, and I was already skinny. The doctor told my parents that if they had left it any later in getting me to see him, I might of died. We lived in the dampest house imaginable in the middle of some woods.

After I recovered, I noticed the constant coughing had given me a six pack. I could take punches to the stomach etc.

I think it’s possible that some folks have the kind of system that seems more prone to fibrosis. If that is you Maroshk then you will probably be the kind of guy that will get residual lumps in areas with old injuries like deep cuts or bad bruises. My wife is like this. She hit her leg once on the corner of a low table and after the bruise faded she had a lump in the muscle that never went away. That is scar tissue, and it’s the enemy of the soft tissues in an elastic organ like the penis.

I recommend that you start supplementing Vitamin E and PABA. You don’t need crazy high doses…just something you can find at a local drug store (or whatever they have in Sweden).
These substances have some anti-fibrotic properties and might keep you from injuring yourself in the future.

You might also want to consider using virgin Olive Oil as a lube when you jelq. It is packed with vitamins and healthy fatty acids that could soften the tissues and keep them from “over-reacting” to PE.

I also recommend that you scale back your routine and ease into it. Take your time warming up.
