I really need help please

Hello, I have been into PE for like 2-3month without no results.
Probably I’m doing something wrong or doesn’t it work for everybody?

I have some questions.

1. How do I know if I’m jelqing right?? How should it feel, should I squeeze real hard, sometime after my glans is like a part of it is dark red and another part is normal red/pink. So can anyone explain how I should jelq I’m doing the newbie routine.

2. And how hard should I stretch?? Like very very hard so it almost hurts or just a little pressure??

3. Due to no results, can I change my routine in someway?? Whats the best for length gains and vice versa girth?

I’m from Sweden so :) it would be nice if there are any Swed’s or Scandinavians who can answer :)

Read as much as you can and you’ll find ALL the answers to your questions. And don’t forget about the search button. Trust me, do those two things and you will even find answers to your future questions.

Believe me I have read more than 14hours, I “know” how to do but when I shall do it myself it not that easy like in the videos and in the text. Is it enough with jelq and stretch or can I add something you guys can recommend?? What do you prefer for length gains?

Looking at your post, it may be that you are going at things a bit too hard. If your glans is very red then it usually means you are applying too much pressure in your jelqing and stretching.

All you need is moderate pressure. there should be a slight redness but what you describe seems to indicate you are overdoing things.

First of all give your self a break for a week or so until things have gone back to normal. Then try again but take it very easy.

Have you felt a lessening of erection power? or a hard flaccid? Is your penis cold? If you can give us some idea of how things are at the moment it will make it easier for us to see if and where things are going wrong. Try telling us your routine.

1. No way should you be squeezing that hard. It’s a light grip that allows you to feel that your penis becomes more full as you jelq. After several jelqs, your penis should feel full at whatever erection you jelq at. But probably no more.

2. Stretching like all PE should not hurt. Just a little pressure is fine. I always do several sets of stretching, getting slightly stronger stretches as I progress through the sets.

3. Get your jelqing and stretching right first then worry about changing your routine.:) Tips in PE are like tips in golf, you can get so many that you forget the most important things which are the basics.:)

There is a Scandanavian thread somewhere. Those that I see writing in English are plenty helpful and friendly.

I think that everyone can gain at least a little bit. Probably some guys can’t gain much at all just as some guys have the potential to gain a lot.

Yeah my glans can sometimes be cold like a day after too.
And I often get illness and diarrhea maybe I has something to be with my PE cause it’s a new thing and it come after I PE good what I thought.
But what are your routines?have you gain much or less?

Not that a have a very small penis but had a bad experience with a girl recently then after that I don’t feel comfortable anymore.
If this PE doesn’t´t work I gonna do a penis surgery I have already begin to save money for that, I really hope this PE will work for me instead of surgery.

Please, please, check out the following threads. Surgery is successful in less than half of the cases. Plenty of guys end up with broken penises for life, no joke. The way to know if you’re doing things correctly is to watch your Physiological Indicators. If that term, also referred to as PI’s, isn’t familiar with you, go ahead and do your research. Things like good night wood, and big flaccid hang are good PI’s.

Yeah a read that you have to do manual stretches after the surgery. I don’t know which resource to trust, cause the few articles in the paper you can read, are just sucessful stories, and och the plastic surgery site the claim that nowadays it is a very small risk to fail surgery.

But when I put low pressure on my stretching it feels like nothing gonna happend same with jelqing.

But has it really worked out for you guys? So you visually can see a difference?

If it feels good your doing something right, PE should not cause pain.
Not hard at all, stretch out slow and easy to the max point your penis will go with out pain. Then hold it there at that point for a while. Eventually your penis may want to go a little further. If not stop the stretch, relax.
Low erection jelqs are the safest and the best for faster length gains somewhere between 40-60%. Use a lite grip!

Yeah ok, I think it’s very hard to jelq with a low erection and a lite grip,

Then the penis slips away, diffrent pressure on my strokes and it easily tend to be a jerk move instead of what I thought was a jerqing, hard to explain.

There should be a PE school IRL :) with a teacher hehe.

Same with my stretching I often loose my grip cause my penis slips away that´s why I have a very hard grip.

Someone else can chime in on the jelqing, but for stretching, if you are having trouble with your grip then you should use baby powder or gold bond powder which does wonders for your grip.

So I’ve been experimenting with different routines and I think I’ve got one that could possibly work for everyone.it’s a 3 day routine,

Day 1 manual stretching for 15 min in all directions, do like 3-4 sets of this,
Day 2 manual stretching for as long as you like, but don’t go past the point where you can feel your tunica stretching, this is to make sure your penis heals correctly
Day 3 rest completely

I don’t include a jelq because I’m not a big fan of it.I did alot when I was a kid and I can tell that it isn’t healthy, I have quite a bit of scar tissue at the top part of my shaft and it’s just not as squishy as the rest of my penis.I think it’s bad news, I will probably do some when I gain more inches for girth, but I’m deffinatly not going to do more than 100 in a set.but it’s up to you I guess, I just don’t think jelquing is the way to go.

This could also work if you have equipment
Hang for 15 min sets and use an extender to lock in your gains on the semi rest day

I don’t have that stuff so I use my hands, it’s just as good if you can get a good pull, I use a handkerchief to hold on to my penis , I find that I can stretch it farther and for a longer time
