From the start the troublemaker has been a strong boy. No matter what I throw at him, he always recovers. Recovers and toughens up. I hate that so I just hit him harder next time. I never manage to injure him which is infuriating in its own way. If he were injured, then at least I would know I am doing something.

Kind of sad, no? Instead of being proud of having a strong dick, I am just disappointed he is not growing.

This stupid thought just entered my mind a few days ago and now I think I need to reevaluate my PE.

I have been doing this for months now, at least 7 months and I do not think I grew. Somewhere around month 3 it became infuriating and I just kept going harder. Heavy ULIs, clamping, advanced stretches, etc. Nothing worked and no matter how heavy I go I am unable to injure my dick.

Do not get me wrong. I do not want an injury but at least an injury means you are doing too much. Now I am left with these nagging thoughts that I should be doing more, MORE, MORE!

I am going to decondition now and start anew. I do not really know why I made this thread but I figured I should share my “revelation”.

But it really does sound like you are. Maybe the decon will help and you can start from scratch.

I am finally going through the PI thread and my mind is blown. To be honest, when I first read it I thought it was useless “if you grow you’re growing; if you’re losing size you’re doing it wrong”. Now that I am reading more than the opening post, it really strikes me how wrong I have been doing it.

Endless overtraining without listening to my dick.

I am going to be a good dad after the break.

That’s good start. I’ve been there too and I still am from time to time. I get over aggressive and it counterproductive. There were times I’d pump too high or too long and all I’d have was a fluid filling fatty that got half hard for sex. What’s the point?

You made me laugh out loud. I know this thread has a serious background, but it’s just so funny. We are always told to listen to our dick, but that’s the first time that I hear somebody actually talk to the dick. That I found pretty amusing.

Oh wait, I’m wrong! There is this scene in Crocodile Dundee I in the lavatory where Dundee makes a cop talk by threatening to cut off his dick. And after Dundee left, the cop ask his dick “are you OK, buddy?”.

Besides the fun part, extremely interesting start of the thread and I am definitely interested to know more. What did you do in the last 7 months in detail and what are your plans after the decon break?

To be honest I have no idea what I have been doing in detail because it is all such a blur.

I began in September with the newbie routine, about 50 wet jelqs, and last week, in May, I was doing 15min bundled stretches, 3x18min clamping sets, extreme ULIs, etc. Daily. I also spend 1 month doing almost nothing (jelqing 3x a week) trying “less is more”. Never gained.

Like I said, I never got an injury so I always had this feeling that I was not doing enough. Even now a part of me still thinks I should press through and look for even heavier exercises.

I do not want a stronger dick though. Bigger is the goal, not stronger.

I went through the PI thread, realized some things, and now I feel like I need a decon. I am going to lay off PE until my EQ gets raging and then I am going to start with 20 wet jelqs MAX and slowly build up, minding my PIs.

If there is one thing about PE that annoys me, it is how “random” the whole thing feels. It would be pretty cool if your dick just flashed green for a minute when you are in the growth zone.

You had no consistency in your routine….you did some aggressive stuff and some not so aggressive stuff but no real consistent routine. It’s ok just start over like you said. Good luck

Clear your mind. Your post comes off like you’re a mad man. If you injure yourself instead of a small dick or whatever you have now, you’ll have a broke dick which is useless.

Get some consistency. Attack length or girth and focus on that after your decon break

I have my little systematic approach that maybe helps you finding what works. It’s independent of the routine, just a method for identifying the sweet zone of growth.

You have some parameters in your routine:
- Frequency (how often)
- Methods (what exactly you are doing as exercises)
- Intensity (how hard, for example mmHg in pumping)
- Duration (how long an exercise lasts, separately for each method!)

Now you set your periodicity. 14 days is short, 1 month fine, 6-8 weeks for the very patient or cautious. Measuring happens 2-0 days before each period starts. Keep an accurate logbook which includes all PI, EQ and other bodily indicators.

Then you start with an very simple lightweight routine like
Warm-up 5mins
Manual stretching 2x5 reps at 30secs
Jelqing 5 mins
Warm-down 5 mins

Go at an easy 1on / 2 off frequency.

Now the principles:

0. Keep the routine constant for 1 period. If no negative signs are registered, enhance one single parameter (like upgrade to 10min Jelqs or introducing an additional method like 5min hanging at 2 pounds or whatever). DO ONLY CHANGE ONE SINGLE PARAMETER, NEVER TWO OR MORE.

1. If negative signs are registered (even within a periodicity), immediately step back to the routine of the previous period.

2a. If growth is registered, everything is fine (growth confirmation). You can modify a single parameter for the following period.

2b. If not, do NOT modify the routine but keep it equal for the following period (plateau suspicion).

3a. If in the following period no growth is registered, the you have a plateau suspicion confirmed so you may change one parameter (probably a method). Consider it as a new start as in principle 0.

3b. If after a plateau suspicion growth is registered in the next period, you had not a plateau but 2 slow growth periods. Happens, is not great but is no reason to change something. You can go on with principle 2b (probably you will increase an intensity parameter).

I may call it “scientific PE:-) Well, the method is not scientific per se, but simply relies on potential error or influence isolation. The idea is to make an educated and systematic approach to the individual guessing process in PE.

Disadvantage of this method: it’s for the really patient and requires a lot if discipline.

Advantage: you are strictly isolating the changes and may have a good chance to link root to cause. Whatever your routine consist of, you will quite well know what works, what doesn’t, where are the limits if your body and with which routine you gain most.

I know this is a nitpicker’s approach to PE, but at least I can confirm I could prove some important points in my PE situation and issues where I could leave the guessing and enter into knowledge zone.

What do you think, would that be a feasible thing to sort out your “abused dick” situation?
