I only want lenght

Hello! I’m new to this a wanted to know the quickest way to gain lenght. I’m currently 8” long and 6” in girth. I don’t care about gaining girth. Thanks

look into stretchin techniques, you might just start out with plain static stretches or jai’s (look at the search button on the top of the page). later you may want to get fancy with v or a stretches or dld or bundled stretches. Good luck.

I think you should also read up on the hanging forum.

I added over an inch over a six month period by hanging. It may take a small investment ( less than $100.00) but the gains will come.

This method works well if you have the “passive time” during which you can perform computer work, reading or similiar tasks.
