Try using a plastic bottle that’s long and wide enough to put your dick inside. Fill it up with hot water(hot enough to bear). Be sure you don’t fill it up all the way, because your dick will displace the water, overflowing it. Use your judgement. One question though, do you mean insert the penis at the stage between erect and flaccid or just flaccid?

I’m in need of some serious guidance with prolonging my stretching, has anyone got a technique that allows them to hold the stretch for longer than 30 seconds?

Do a fowfer you can hold it for thirty minutes or longer.

Longer than 30 seconds. Just hold it for 40 seconds.

If it’s girth, I would reverse your time allotment. What you’re doing is not the Newbie Penis Enlargement Routine. I’d reverse your time allotment, and go 10 minutes on stretches and 30 minutes on jelqs.

Congratulations on your consistency and dedication. That will pay off, and not just in PE.

I usually slap it around to get the circulation going and wake it up somewhat before I insert it into the bottle. Not to semi erection but, just a more lively flaccid hang. The slight squeeze of the bottle will expand it to an even larger flaccid state. After the warm up, it comes out of the bottle hanging nice and warm, plus it stretches pretty good and is very pliable.

I’m mainly aiming for length at this stage, as I understand it’s easier to gain length first and than focus on girth.
So I want to get the length and than the girth. Would you guys recommend that I jelq first and than stretch? (I do it the other way around right now).

I’m just following the basic guidelines of the newbie guide, and it states that I should stretch first and than jelq, so thats what I’ve been doing.

Would it be any different or advised to do it the other way, is what I would basically like to know. Not to mention my question on how to prolong the stretch.
