I need some opinions

Hey Guys,

I’ve been kind of lurking on this website for quite some time now. I’ve been PEing for just over a year now with the newbie routine. Unfortunately for me, I have not gained anything in length or girth. Length is my primary focus since I’m only 6.0” NBP. I’ve recently considered to make a hanger or make my own ADS. Considering I should have enough time put into working my unit that it can handle more advanced things. I’m just curious as to what your guys thoughts are on this? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I wouldn’t move to more advanced exercises until you’ve yielded some results from the basics.

Can you give some details about your routine? How regularly have you been PE’ing? Going over a year without results, you must have tried some variation.

Assuming that you have both the time and privacy to invest 15 hours or more a week. Assuming that you have excellent self monitoring skills and can listen to what your body is telling you. Give hanging serious consideration.

Manual PE did nothing for me and hanging was a godsend.

I would say the only variation I’ve tried is the new newbie routine where less is more for about 3 months after not yeilding any results from the newbie routine in 6 months. The only positive I’ve actually recieved from PE so far is improved EQ, but EQ isn’t a problem for me so that is hard to measure. Since my first six months with the newbie routine and 3 months of the new newbie routine I have been Warming up for 5 minutes with heat, stretching for 10 min, doing 100 slow jelqs, 100 kegels, and a cooldown. Also, before bed I do a bed fowfer before I fall asleep. I’m very consistent with my routine.I do 5 days a week and take off a day when I have a lot of classes or homework.

Thanks for the tip. I do have great self monitoring skills and know what my body is telling me.I have to considering I body-build. I would say the only problem would be finding 15 hours per week to do this. I know for sure I can spend an hour a day, but 2 hours is pushing it. Is there a certain hanger you would suggest? I’ve looked at a few and so far I kind of like the Captain’s Wench design.

If I was starting out today new to hanging I would build a wench. Cheap, comfortable, and easy to build. It is a hanger and an ADS. What’s not to like? The only down side is that some guys have problems with slippage at higher weights. If you end up needing higher weights and it does slip on you deal with it then. Build a different type or switch to a production model.

I started with a swim cap and saved up my $ for a BIB. Back in the day those two and the home made BIB were your choices. Slippage with a swim cap was interesting to say the least. I am a fan of the BIB hangers. Work of art and built to last.

What is your privacy like? The kick ass thing about hanging is that you can hang whilst doing other stuff, effectively doing you PE in zero time. I was taking classes and working on a friends business start-up during my hanging career. I was nasty busy and suddenly had more free time by switching from hands on PE to hanging. I was spending hours a day sitting in front of my computer anyway. So I just did my hanging while working on my computer.

I’m in front of a computer most of the day and I find my Captain’s Wench invaluable. It is easy on and off and comfortable to use. I only hang with seven pounds but it holds very well. I have never had any slippage or problem with the homemade device. Great for multi-tasking!

I made most of my quick gains from just jelqing alone after I had a break for awhile of doing the newbie routine and ADS.

I started off with 100 Jelqs 5 days a week for month 1.
Then I moved onto 200 jelqs 5 days a week for month 2.
Then I went onto 300 jelqs 5 days a week for month 3.
Then I went back to 200 jelqs 5 days a week for month 4.

And they do not take long at all.
The 5 days are Monday to Friday.
The erection level was around about 60-80%.
And they were semi rapid jelqs. (1-2 seconds)

Thanks so much for the quick responses guys I really appreciate them. From the looks of it, I am going to make myself a wench once I get home for my break. I figure I can probably hang while I do work for classes which is great because I love multitasking. I’ll keep everybody posted once I start using it to see if I get some sweet results. I do have one more question though.how can the wench be used as an ads? Thanks again guys.

ADS is light, start doing it for a few hours then longer when you’re used to it.

I would pay more attention to the subtleties of your manual exercises. Experiment with different grips, pressures, and erection levels.

Hey guys just wanted to say thanks again for all the help. I just made my Wench yesterday and I’m currently using it right now with 3lbs! I feel really good about this and hope it will deliver the results I’m looking for.
