I need my routine checked please

Hi all, I’ve been PEing for about 5 months now and I have made gains but I feel like I haven’t gained enough in the time I spent on PE
(Started Mar09, 5.5 x 4.75, now 6 x 5)

I PE 2 days on, 1 off, and only 1 session per day, which is at night. I also masturbate after each session. Then I sleep.

My routine is:
5 minute stretch
10-15 minute wet-jelq
5-10 minute dry-jelq

The thing is though I haven’t been consistent at all with my routine. The past 1-2 months (june-july), I used the above routine. In march and april I basically just dry-jelq’d until I thought I should go to bed (no stretch). So I really have no idea if I made my gains doing the Jun-July routine or whatever.

Anyways I also wanted to add a step into my routine, maybe clamping, but instead of a clamp, it would just be a thin rope strap from a shopping bag, I’ve used it before and my dick gains about 1/4 inch in girth, I can’t tell length. I just tie it around the base. It really expands the glands as well.

I’m sorry, after looking at my own sig, I realized that I used the above routine in May, so I DID make my gains using it and in the past 3 months.

Still though, any suggestions will be appreciated

You gained 1/2”x1/4” in six months, without being consistent. What’s exactly the issue?

Try skipping the masturbation afterward ( at least skip the ejaculation) for a week and see if that makes any difference.

I think nite wood can play a very important part in gains, especially right after a workout. Jerking off can significantly effect post workout EQ for some guys, and thereby decrease gains. This isn’t a hard and fast rule (no pun intended), some guys have no decrease in EQ or flaccid post ejaculation and can probably get away with it.

If you skip it for a week and find your nite wood goes up dramatically, I would suggest saving that bit of fun for earlier in the day so you are recovered by the time you do your PE routine.

I’ve been in the same situation-got the newbie gains, then eventually they slow down. The key here is that they have just SLOWED, not STOPPED…some guys around here haven’t had a gain in a year or more. I only got 1/16 IN. gain in BPEL last month and I was thrilled!

You’ll hear it again and again around here-PE is a marathon, not a sprint…

So get a consistent routine down and see what kind of gains you can get with manual excercises, and…enjoy each gain! :)

Sure try to up the consistency, that always helps, but also you have to remember everyone is different, given the same routine two people could easily have very different results in a given amount of time. The human penis is one of the most physiologically diverse parts of our anatomy.

Also I recommend you buy an ADS (all day extender). I got mine 3 weeks ago and I absolutely love it. There’s lots of information on this site about all the commercially available ones and I recommend you take a good look :)
